Pharmacy is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. They send you texts that your prescription is ready and you get rude dismissive employees who tell you they didn't.

Absolutely terrible service. They have no respect for anyone's time, privacy, or medical needs. I have been told to wait for prescriptions that I have been assured over the phone are ready. My doctor has called to verify they received a prescription and then somehow when I arrive they have no record of it. They will randomly help cars in the drive through with no regard for who arrived first. They will tell you to take a seat and then forget you are there. Do yourself a favor and only use this location as a last resort.

Their front of house staff has gotten better and there’s a couple new guys that are extremely helpful but the pharmacy absolutely sucks!!!
I’ve even tried refilling my prescriptions via the app to make my life “easier” but they just cancel my prescription without a call, notice, note on file, or voicemail.
Every time I’ve called over the last 4 years of living here I’ve always been immediately put on hold, which results in a 15 min wait time and then an automatic hang up…
There’s always a pharmacy line in person in-store and at the drive thru with zero order of who to help first or order for answering phones.
PLEASE for the love of God hire more staff to support your team, and preferably ones that wear their lab coat rather than a Nike sweatshirt lookin like customers combing through our prescriptions.
I’ll gladly be taking my business elsewhere since there’s been zero resolution within the last year.

This is the worst pharmacy,Horrible customer service at this pharmacy , technician Joseline was a nightmare to deal with her mouth always smells ,have difficulty understanding her accent ,I received an attitude from her,make sure to count all ur pills this pharmacy often give u the wrong amount of medication

Mac or Max the store manager was very helpful with printing photos. He took his time with me even though the store was busy.

Staff puts you on hold w/o been asked to be put on hold. Phone finally rings and get picked up again and puts you on hold again. It keeps ringing.... It's so annoying. Customer service 1/10 !!!!!

Pharmacy is highly understaffed. Go elsewhere!
I’ve tried calling in to get a prescription refilled (since the app was not updated with my appropriate prescriptions) and I was put on hold for over 45 min. I ended up driving to the location instead and waited in line inside, and was helped before they ever took me off hold on the phone…
I’ve heard so many people in store complain about medication quantities missing from their prescription on many accounts, and I personally have never experienced worse service and wait times in my life.
I once tried testing out the home delivery service and they ended up delaying and then cancelling it altogether on me.
The pharmacists inside know how long the lines are at drive through and in-store continue to chit chat about their weekend activities and pull out their phones in front of people with zero sense of urgency or efficiency.
Hands down worst service! Would highly avoid. Unless your willing to get bare minimum service and get locked into the drive thru line for over an hour only to find out your prescription was either put back or never actually made.

Honestly don’t bother. The pharmacy is staffed with the rudest and most unhelpful people I’ve ever encountered. I read through all of the most recent reviews and can honestly say all of these things also happened to me. They lie, they place you on hold for 20 minutes just to hang up on you, they give every excuse in the book to not refill a prescription or provide a vaccine. I’ve been a customer here for 7 years and I’ve finally hit my breaking point. I’d rather travel 30 minutes out of my way than deal with this pharmacy.
Zero stars, would run as fast as you can away from this place.
