Do not go here. multiple times when receiving pain medication after surgery I have gone home to find that I am missing pills. I called to complain and speak to a manager by prefacing with my intention not to get more pills so they wouldn't think I was addict. I told them I wanted to make sure it wouldn't happen again because it has happened three times. I called twice and twice an employee hung on me. Their response was that it couldn't be their responsibility because they counted twice so it must be my fault. I will never go here again and if for some reason I do, then I will make sure to count the pills at the counter so those around me know this is an issue at Walgreens. It has happened to me twice prior and each time they try to put the ownership me. Ive never had the issue with non controlled substances, which leads me to believe that they have employees who stealing money and Much needed medication from customers. As a side note, I called to complain to the corporate office and the representative was polite, genuine, and made me feel like he was listening to me at least.

Walgreens at 7901 Ritchie Hwy. I scheduled my booster COVID-19 and flu shots online. Arriving early, I walk to the Pharmacy department. The COVID-19 station was CLOSED with SHUTTERS DOWN and ZERO DIRECTIONS on where flu shot recipients are supposed to go. As I stand there confused where I'm supposed to check-in, I see a small card reader with folks sitting or standing by so I used it figuring this is what I needed to sign into to get my shots. I provide my driver's license and health insurance. Then, I sit down for roughly 10 minutes. Zero activity or sound from the vaccination station. Therefore, I stand in the long customer service line for "Pick up/Drop Off" with one cashier. Again, there was ZERO indication that this was the line I needed to be in to get my shots. NO COVID-19/FLU SHOT DIRECTIONS ANYWHERE. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I still noticed ZERO activity in the vaccination room. As I am third in line, I get a call from the nurse at the first station I used my driver's license and health insurance, so I got out of the "Pick Up/Drop Off" line. I had to knock on the nurse's door since she shut it immediately after calling my name. I told her that I am so confused with where I'm supposed to get my COVID and flu shots and she stated that she was not the vaccination nurse and that I needed to wait in the long "Pick Up/Drop Off" line. Extremely annoyed for wasting my time with ZERO DIRECTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE OR IN MY EMAIL APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION, I stated that I am leaving the store; forget the appointment. Due to this extremely lackluster display for common customer curtesy and service, I will never return to another Walgreens ever again. Great job Walgreens.

Pharmacist was extremely rude. One line for everything. Staff hiding and talking while line was wrapped down the aisle. Don't waste your time, find another Walgreens. I tried to give 0 stars, but the minimum was one star.

I went to this store on Saturday 07/23/22 to get a covid test for work I had a letter from my work and my doctor explaining I needed this test immediately. I tried to make an appointment online but it kept freezing so I went into the store the helper at the front desk (Kelly) was very helpful she got me an appointment made and said since they weren’t busy (they had an empty drive thru the entire time I was there which was about an hour) she would do my test right then as long as I drove through the drive thru she tried to confirm that with the pharmacist and the pharmacist just shot it down and said that I couldn’t get my test done any sooner then what my appointment time showed. I would understand that if the drive thru was busy but there was no one yet still refused to do my test sooner then my scheduled time even with the letter from my work and doctor. If the assistant was saying she could move it up then it’s been done before.

THEY CLOSE THE DRIVE THRU FOR NO REASON DURING THE WORST COVID OUTBREAK PD EVER IN THE STATE! Smh it is sickening and I am probably going to sue this Pharmacy after waiting in line and for an hour around coughing people! I LOATHE THIS PLACE stay away unless your looking to catch covid.

Waiting over an hour for a scheduled vaccine appointment is ridiculous and not acceptable. Staff the pharmacy appropriately or fix your workflows.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. The wait in the drive thru is always 20 plus minutes regardless of the time of day. Our dr. Calls in the prescription earlier than the fill date and any other pharmacy just holds it until the due date but this Walgreens sends us a text that the prescription has been canceled. So we have to call and they say "well it's too early". We know! Just hold it until the fill date. Then we call to see if the prescription is ready on the fill date and they say it's out of stock until tomorrow. ???? Unbelievable.

Good luck to anyone dealing with this business! Covid test appointment scheduled for 12:45. Get there at 12:30. Get to window at 1:30. They close for lunch from 1:30-2pm. So I wait the 30 minutes. Get told I don't have a confirmation number I can get tested?!?!? I have a Walgreens email stating my appointment, correct location, and appointment time. Wasted 2 hour waiting in line for nothing. You're better off going to cvs

The pharmacy is the worst. They don't greet you or say "we will be with you in one moment" they just make you wait and wait and wait. Then they don't have 1 employee working the drive thru and 1 on the counter they just work the drive thru and make you wait at the counter. Worst pharmacy ever

So my daughter has disabilities and got rushed to emergency room at 6 am. When we left at 12 the doctor sent my scripts to this place . When I got there at 1 Ish they tell me it's not there . So I took my sick kid back to the hospital for them to tell me it was recieved by the pharmacist at 9.29 am. I go back to walgreen and h this time the line is around the isles long and 3 people behind the counter and only one helping customers while the other one is organizing. Meanwhile my sick Child is getting worse and worse. When I give them the paperwork that said it was recieved he looked abaim and said on o overlooked jr it will A half hour . No apology no care for us at all . There were elderly customers on line for This long as well . The customer service here is awful and I won't be back. We just mkbws here and I had all my families meds to transfer . Hell worn thag I'm staying with cvs . I will Travel . The pharmacist was rude just plain rude to
