I recommend this location to everyone looking to get a exam and glasses, very friendly and informative staff that works here.never experience the virtual exam before but it was great and a large selection of glasses. Just went back and ordered a spare pair of every day glasses and a pair to watch TV in bed.highly recommend this store

Forgive me but I don’t recall the young African-American female that assisted me at this location. She was very knowledgeable patient and also hilarious my needs were met 100 percent. However trying to reach the store by phone was a different experience, do better please.

This is the best Visionworks to come to. The staff is amazing and they always make you feel welcomed and valued. They are the reason I always go back when I need help.

Had an issue with my prescription glasses from a different location. Megan, the general manager, worked with me and showed me all the options available to me - eventually reaching a solution better than expected.
While I can’t speak to the service of the doctors, as I did not interact with them, I was beyond impressed with the customer service I received at this store by the front of house staff. The staff I interacted with (Luce & Megan) was courteous, patient, and understanding. This is hands down the best service I’ve received from Visionworks in all of Maryland - and I don’t say that lightly. I wouldn’t hesitate driving hours just to get to this location purely for the level of customer service they provide.
The reviews and ratings for this location speak for themselves. This visit alone has turned me into a promoter for this location and I look forward to coming back for all of my vision needs. Don’t think twice about coming to this location, it is worth it.

It is such a breath of fresh air when you get really good customer service from an employee that you have never even met. Especially with positive energy. Luce from Visionworks #glenburnie was so helpful and explained every little detail about how my insurance breaks down and what options I have with glasses AND the mo ey break down. 10 stars from me.

This was my first visit to vision works and was very please with the service extended to me by the staff. They were exceptionally professional and friendly. I had to recommend my daughter to experience great customer.

The staff was short hand and the store was extremely busy. Luz, Dr. Regis and the young lady who did our eye exams were very professional and friendly.

Megan provides the best customer service I’ve ever had. She’s friendly, talks to everyone, and even remembers customers and conversations from years ago, like catching up with an old friend. She brightened my day, and it’s obvious she does that for everyone. She spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect frame, even though I’m picky and indecisive.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Visionworks! From the moment I walked in, Megan was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She made sure all my questions were answered and guided me through the entire process with such care and professionalism. I truly felt at ease knowing I was in great hands.
Dr. Keston was simply outstanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained every detail of my treatment, and made me feel comfortable throughout. His expertise and genuine care for his patients were evident, and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.
Thanks to Megan and Dr. Keston, my visit was smooth, informative, and positive. I highly recommend this team to anyone seeking excellent care!

This is by far the best Vision Works I’ve visited. Not only is the staff friendly, they adhere to your scheduled appointment time and ensure you are checked by the doctor in a timely manner! They catered to my specific requests as far as frame selection, so I have no complaints at all. I highly recommend visiting this store.

I had an appointment for my daughter today at 4:15 and upon arriving I’m told my appointment was cancelled since it was not confirmed,I can not find anywhere on website or in writing that this is policy ,my daughter’s glasses are broke and she can not see well at all ,any other doctor’s charge a missed appointment fee.On top of that we have never not shown up for any of her eye appointments.This is ridiculous!

I will not be coming here again. First of all the prescription was wrong. Secondly, somebody else picked up my glasses for me, and I did not give them my consent I understand they were trying to be nice, but I don’t like people picking up my glasses if I don’t try them on and sure enough the prescription was wrong and the representative just gave the glasses to them. Didn’t ID them didn’t ask if they had permission, nothing like that and then had the nerve to tell me, I was wrong to get upset about that, I’m not sure what These reps are on, but when I picked up my glasses they gave me the wrong case. Then looked puzzled when I asked for my rightful case and was almost kind of rude about it like I was annoying then. There was dust all over the lenses. My suggestion would be to hire more representatives that meet customer standards, and expectations. I rarely write reviews, but I thought this was necessary
