We came in to activate my new iphone 15 pro because we were having some problems with doing it at apple and needed some assistance from Verizon directly. Dylan was more than happy to help us and did an amazing job assisting us through the process. Will definitely come back here! If you need help with anything, ask for Dylan he’s great!!

My First Experience with Verizon at this location over a span of 2 days was told by the tele rep that could go in store and have my new phone setup and the number transported over to Verizon by in store staff. With my very first encounter the woman rep told me I could have done this that home gave me a list of Verizon numbers and told me to contact and set up myself. My second encounter when I wanted setup for I watch and phone in Store I was charged 50 for the setup and the transfer of my lines to Verizon. The other encounter I had with store manger when picking up my sons Phone purchase that because my card had declined for purchase that there was nothing they could do instore to assist me. I talked to the phone rep.. who was excellent by the way and found out the issue. In which the manger had made the same call it would have been resolved in minutes in stead it took over an Hour because I had to call Verizon back my son and the Manger told me he had no clue what the issue may have been. I
felt completely humiliated and appalled by the response from the In store Manger and workers. I’ve clearly learned my lesson I’m seriously considering another company!

Came in just with the intention of looking over the new phones and see what came out. Was helped by a man named Kellyn, he was very knowledgeable of the phones, services and even sourced there business services to me to help solve some of my companies needs. Someone needs to give this man a raise and into business sales, or I might steal him for my own company. Thank you, time well-spent today.

I do not understand!. I took my phone to this store because yesterday the battery swelled up in my Pixel 6. I explained to them that my family has been with Verizon for over 15 years and this situation never happened. Well! They said."we have no sales or offers that can replace the phone..so you need to buy a new one.. ok..time to leave Verizon.. thanks for your service....

I made an appointment through my Verizon app and was greatly almost immediately by my appointment specialist Joseph, who was amazing. He helped me fix my issue quickly, answered my questions and was professional and caring as he helped me navigate my issue. I ultimately walked away with a new phone (my choice) and was in and out of the store in less than an hour.Every employee seemed to be helpful and positive as they engaged with their costumers. Thank you for creating this type of atmosphere in your building. I would recommend this location, for sure!

Isreal at this verizon location is terrific. He resolved a problem that we couldn’t get resolved at verizon store on whetstone way in balto. He also was able to take our iphone 12s in trade for $1000 each. The other store would not take them in trade. He also was able to set up our mobile and internet service under 1 bill and get us a $20 discount on our internet service. A helpful pleasant person to work with. I highly recommend this location!

I was having trouble getting my new device activated and my new line switched over through the online portal, and ended up being able to get help over the phone from this location! Fahim helped me through the steps and was super friendly, supportive, and got my issue resolved within 15 minutes. Super thankful to have had such a smooth experience and now being able to use my new device! Thanks Fahim!!

This place is awesome. I didn’t know how to check in, so one of the staffers walked up and swiftly signed me in and within 5 mins I was getting help trading in my phone. The process is soooo much more simpler now. I was in and out, and got a confirmation email from Verizon before I left the building. Customer service is superb.

I came in today with my phone I was trading in and my new iPhone 15- neither had service even after hours of trying fix it at home. I came in late this evening and have to give a HUGE shout out to Matthew (I believe that’s his name, I know he was the manager). It was a bit of a process but he not only handled my issue as quickly as possible but also assisted his team in the hustle and bustle of a launch day evening.As someone who has been in big box retail for about 15 years- his problem resolution, guest service, and support to his team during a busy time was very impressive. We would all be lucky to have a Matthew work in our organization. Thank you!

Brandon was a huge help to my husband and me. Especially when trying to understand plan changes, new device payments, discounts etc. on our bill. We are willing to drive by other Verizon stores to go back to this one. Thanks again Brandon.

Absolutely love THIS HERE VERIZON!! JOE is by far the BEST EMPLOYEE and needs a raise and a free lunch every day! EVERYTIME I come in with a problem his fixes it right away or if he’s not there, there are many of Verizon employees that are very helpful as well. They always have the best deals and are always in stock with the best new things that just came out and this specific store is very huge, spacious and laid out very nicely as you can see per on google photos. I highly recommend Joe when you go in for anything he has an IQ of a dang genius and can do it all and is very friendly and knows his stuff not just the stuff of his job description he just knows everything about everything. If you have Verizon and need anything as of late don’t walk hustle down to this fabulous place located in the fabulous community of Glen Burnie.
