When I try to drop off my items at the self kiosk is always stuck , they are lazy workers in the back

Went here to send off my passport application. The lady knew exactly what to do and it was a quick and easy process. This was a Saturday around 1:30 pm and it was very busy but the line moved fast.

It was a quick and easy trip and the postal workers were so nice and helpful with me since I didn't know what I would need to mail a package of a certain amount out. Very nice people ??
