I give a shout to the cardiopulmonary rehabilitation center. I started on December 5th. I finished on March 14. The staff worked with me. They didn't let me slouch. They are Sydney, Claudia, Emily, Ellen, Samantha, Matthew, Eva, Christina and Diego. Thank you very much. Larry.

This has got to be the worst hospital ever. There is no way a hospital staff could be so damn nasty and ignorant. They deserve zero stars. This hospital has the worst customer service and they yell at you. That's how you treat people? Seriously!

I went to this hospital at 2 PM. I was triaged and tests were done. The results came back hours ago. 5 hours later I am still sitting in the triage area. I asked multiple people what was taking so long and was given multiple lies. I am very upset that everyone that works here is so unconcerned. No wonder they have a 2.2 rating. They need to do better. I will not be coming back.

The surgical and recovery teams were amazing. Having said that, ii took forever to get a room after recovery. Then the next day when I got there, the room was filthy (not the standard you expect for post surgery care. The nursing staff, who are a critical component of a hospital system, was well below average. The tech started raising her voice when she was reminded that there had been a long wait for the patient’s request to be taken care of - her response was that she was busy with more important things. The only reason I have even given stars is the surgeon and his team- who were absolutely amazing!!

Today I had to take my son (6months)to the emergency room he has RSV and there where concerns. We where taken back to the child care flood where my son became best friends with his nurse Marcus!!! Marcus I hope you see this!!! This man was nothing but amazing and helpful and even helped me understand what the doctor was saying when I was confused he went about and beyond he even sat with my son so I could use the bathroom! The pediatrician Denise Grant was a god sent she answered all my questions and left no questions un answered she even made me a cheat sheet for medication times (Motrin and Tylenol) she also brought me a Gatorade and my baby boy apple juice!!!

I might be highly favored but every time I’ve come here my experience is amazing!!! I was admitted on 2/9/24. Wait time was about a hour. From the paramedics who took me here. Whom were SUPER AMAZING!! (Thank you Travis and Justin!!)…to the nurses Amanda in ER, Jennifer in ER, Sheila in ER, Milly was NOT a kind ER nurse! Nurses Anum, Jocelyn were super amazing!! Thank you! Especially to Anum!!! Thank you! I wish I remembered the other nurse's name but she was such a sweet lady Middle Eastern and worked beside Anum. To the Radiologist Pam, Nick! and Cindy (I believe that was her name). To the amazing doctors especially Dr. Lauver!! The transport personnel and everyone who made my 2 day stay soo comforting! Thank you!! This place is amazing! Please be advised that it’s an ER so the wait time can be extensive! Be kind and patient to our healthcare workers! They work really hard and can’t control the ill population that’s growing! I was treated with so much kindness, respect, compassion and empathy!I actually had a great experience and my wait time for my full time there including treatment was 3 hours. Thank you for your quick attention to my emergency!

This is the worst hospital ever. Do NOT come here. Drive yourself to another hospital because any place is better than this nightmare. The doctors don’t care, the nurses ignore you, the technicians are too busy to be bothered with you and the staff has no hospitality at all. If you need a hospital, do yourself a favor and drive somewhere else. The staff literally leaves you in the bed and if you are lucky they may bring you food and maybe checks on you once a day. It needs to be shut down.

Security at the front desk all need attitude adjustments, they're very condescending , nasty and rude. First time they would not let me return to the cafeteria to retrieve the food that I had paid for, they said it didn't matter that I had paid for it. Went back the next day to visit a relative, same security person there, a lady. She took my ID upon returning that and the visitors badge she threw both under the plexiglass partition and they landed on the floor, then proceeded to mutter something about nasty people under her breath. Not at all what you want to deal with when entering a hospital.

I had the best team of surgeons and nurses when I had my liver resection. They were very responsive, calm, and took great care of me.

A dear elderly friend of our family recently spent over a month here, starting with an emergency room visit and then being admitted to a room for several weeks. Soon after she was officially admitted she needed emergency abdominal surgery and the staff there saved her life. She was just released into long term care at a nursing room and I already miss the staff at the hospital. Every single doctor and nurse we dealt with was compassionate, professional and an excellent communicator. If I have to be personally hospitalized this is where I want to go. I will say that I tried to be respectful myself when I dealt with the staff, and my sweet friend always thanked everyone who cared for her, even when they had to poke her or take more blood. You get what you give; you reap what you sow.
