Keisha was very helpful and friendly,, the office is closing but when she see me park she said come in anyway and finish my paperwork and able to move in the next day!!! I recommend this facility .

TERRIBLE!!! EVER SINCE THEY CHANGED OVER FROM U-STORE THE FACILITY AND THE MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN THE WORSE I'VE EVER SEEN ANYWHERE! THAT GIRL IN THE OFFICE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND SHE CONSTANTLY HAS AN ATTITUDE!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! THE WAY THAT SHE TALKS TO THE OTHER STAFF IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS IS JUST PLAIN WRONG!!!! SHOW SOME RESPECT!!!!! THE WAY THE MANAGEMENT HANDLES BUSINESS AND PAYMENTS IS JUST TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT RENT SPACE HERE!!!

Since they changed management, the new people are horrible. Complete a$$holes. Overcharged me and didn't reimburse me Ive been there for TWO YEARS. The girl has an attitude problem. Don't treat people like human beings.

This store has provided us by far the best customer service, BT provided us the best rates and excellent customer service, we were traveling from out of town and needed a place were we can store our trailer and he stayed late for us and showed superb attitude.

The business offers best pricing in the area andI am happy with the quality space unit and security of the storage. The place has lamborghini door gates for faster access too! haha~ Ms. Rose provides most kind customer service that you don't get to experience too often these days. You get to reserve a space via online which was easy then Ms. Rose will get you processed in just minutes upon your arrival.
