“The first time I came to this shop, they fixed my old 99 Ranger manual at an amazing price and so quick. This was in 2013. 10 years later, I have an 07 f150 that's slipping constantly, replaced the whole transmission and was really good with working it out with me for the cost of the repair. A few weeks later, the truck was shifting into neutral when it should have been shifting into 4th gear. I sent it back but they couldn't find any issues at the time, I replaced a few parts they suggested it might be (that the truck needed anyway). When I replaced my fuel filter, I noticed my transmission fluid was leaking, so I sent it back again. I'm thankful to have gotten a great warranty with them, they are now in the process of replacing it again for me since they transmission that was originally sent went bad only after a few weeks of having it. Terry has been super helpful and polite, he's been amazing at helping me through this. :)Forgot to mention, all three times I had to send the truck back to them, they towed it for me because I was too scared to mess it up further. Great customer service! The tow truck guy was also really nice. :)”
