We bought a custom Bassett sofa and ottoman. Leila allowed us time to casually shop the store and was not intrusive. However, when we made the decision and started building our perfect set, she was right there helping us. She was very knowledgeable about the product line and options and updated us weekly after the order was placed. Our furniture came in well ahead of schedule, delivery was easy to set up, and our new furniture is stunning!

Great service from George and love the quality of the furniture. A bit more expensive than some other stores but the quality of product and knowledge of salesperson were worth the cost

Alec was very helpful and no-pressure. He gave us the space to chat about our choices then assisted with our purchase and arranging delivery. We purchased two living room sets at a great price.

Wow! What a beautiful store! They have so many to choose from. Great quality sofas and recliners. Many beautiful colors. George was so helpful and informative. We can't wait to receive our new sofa and loveseat!

Long story short………I was driving to another furniture store to pay for a sectional that I was not overly excited about but needed to put furniture in place for thanksgiving dinner. Saw the Sofa Store from the highway and said let me double back and just look. Well the universe stays working on my favor! Saw a set on clearance on the floor, and after looking thru every piece said self, half off, still a little more than the other but 10x BETTER QUALITY was worth the change. Ordering was easy peasy, delivery this morning TOP NOTCH ! THANK YOU to every person in that store who helped me and Mr. George who was the first person to greet me. I found my showpiece ☺️ End to end great service, I will be back to see Wade ! Around here getting things in ORDER.

We were pleasantly greeted by Leila when we walked into the store. She allowed us time to browse and when we asked for help, she was by our side during the whole process. She was most helpful in helping us choose fabrics and kept us informed every week regarding the status of our furniture. She went above and beyond and you should feel so honored and fortunate to have such a dedicated employee. She is the best and I would most definitely recommend ‘The Sofa Store’.

My fiancé and I decided to visit this store as we prepared for our new move. Upon entering this establishment there were three employees at the front who did not acknowledge us. None of them were busy with other customers as we were the only ones in the store. Instead they were checking their email or on their phones. We walked around for a good 20 minutes before someone decided to greet us. I won’t be returning here.

I was looking for the perfect sofa for a large sunroom that was comfortable, wouldn't fade and was attractive. I also wanted it to be durable but look beachy. I found a unique piece at the sofa store. It was a custom piece and was told it could take 5-6 months. It took 1/2 that time, my sales rep kept me informed continually without asking and the delivery was fast and just like white glove service..included. It was a great experience and I love my furniture. Everyone is complementary of its look and comfort. Great experience!

The customer service was great. No one was over your shoulder’s harassing you while you were trying to shop. The young lady that assisted me gave me a few fabric pieces to match with my accessories at home, so I can make sure the furniture I was purchasing was the correct color. What amazed me was that I went in Sunday around 2 pm and I received at call at 7:25 am stating they were on their way to deliver my recliners. That really impressed me, especially having to wait so long at other stores for everything else. Also , I don’t live that far from the store ( and no i didn’t purchase any floor models ) The recliners are made with great quality.Satisfied Customer

Our design consultant, George Kouimanis, was terrific. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was never pushy. We compared your chairs with other stores and then came back to order.Our chairs arrived on time and the delivery process was the best I've ever been a part of, and I'm 71 years old!Thanks for a first class experience. We couldn't be happier.

I needed a new sofa and chair and had very specific design wants. The sofa store had many options and I easily found the style I wanted. The selection of fabrics and leathers was impressive. Weekly order updates were sent to me and I received my furniture about a week ago. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Outstanding service with a great price. I found the chair I wanted on the The Sofa Store web site and requested a price. The next day Friday, I received the price and paid for my new chair and it was delivered the next day Saturday. Matt at the Glen Burnie, MD Sofa Store was excellent! Highly recommend.

I live in Maine and needed a lift chair for my mom who lives in Annapolis. I wrote to the sofa store and got a very quick call back. The salesman was very helpful, walking around tge store while describing available chairs. What he picked out for mom was perfect. And delivered in 2 days as advertised. It is difficult sometimes doing business remotely but The Sofa Store made this experience easy.
