A couple years ago I bought my first car from this dealership, I had a great experience there. No issues. Today I told my brother in law to go try to get a car there and the sales rep we had was being not very nice, he was being rude to my husband and I. Also wanting to pushing cars onto my brother in law. My husband is in the military, he has went through boot camp and everything, my husband said "your persona is coming off pushy," he was also being rude to me like I didn't know what I was doing. This is my brother in laws first experience with a big dealership and it left a sour taste in is mouth. Once we was getting ready to leave, the sales rep decided to basically have the audacity to tell us my husband could finance a car for you if your going to be like that. I told my husband, we spoke to the manager about the sales rep and the sales rep kept ease dropping . The manager was very respectful and said he would be willing to work with us. But if you ever go there do not deal with Tim Pannuty he was very rude and trying to push something we didn't want

All in all the service is ok. I generally only go for warranty work. This last go-round I had to wait about 10 days for an appointment to get my truck in for an O/S condition. They had it for 4 days. I picked it up - still broken.I'm pretty jaded about dealership shops. IMO, they are all about volume - get em in and get em out. The inability to speak directly to the tech is a huge disadvantage when dealing with anything other than routine service and I believe that had I been able to describe my issue directly with the tech, it wouldn't have taken 4 days to fix. And when the service advisor asks you how a stock feature on your vehicle works, that isn't a good sign.

I am in the market for a used vehicle and I dropped by today and spoke with Angie Frisnedi who was amazing and very informative. Unfortunately, there was not a vehicle that fulfilled my needs but I would without a doubt work with this dealer if they were to call me back with a vehicle that did.

I've never been so put off by a sales manager, or any person in a retail environment, than I was by Ken Mason, the used car manager. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but I took my business elsewhere and I'm so glad that I did.

Not good service. They destroyed my car and Jason and the service manager were very unprofessional in helping me solve this issue! Won't be recommended or going for service ever again!

I bought a used Toyota Camry from them. There are issues with the muffler and the moonroof. But they won't take responsibility of those issues.

My equifax credit score is 675. Bought the Jeep at a score of 600. Other than that mishap. The kid who sold me the Jeep was on point. Would return with quotes being exactly as they are in real life. Not in presentation.

This is the worst Car dealer I’ve every visited . I purchased a Jeep Wrangler on March 17,2021 .My salesman Tim was so nice just a wonderful soul. In process of purchasing my Jeep I was told by Tim that at anytime I was in the area an wanted to stop in for a Carwash I would be more then welcome.I was so happy about that so when I got home I told my family how great my experience was with Tim.. Then I go back into the dealer today March 23,2021 Tim was off until later but i figured sense I was the to bring my spare key an title to my trade in I would get a Carwash .. I brought my lunch to have while I wait as I was rudely told by Sale Manager Ken Mason that I would not be getting a Carwash an “if I wanted a Carwash I should go buy one” .. WOW I asked why did Tim tell me stop in for a free wash when I was in the area an Ken Mason said again “ I don’t know why Tim told you you could get a free wash because I don’t do that he said “ I asked if I could speak to the manager an he then said I am the manager.. No Thank You I will never every visit Tate Dealership again if I had known that the manager was so rude I never would have made a purchase from them at all ...

Double check what you’re buying!Bought a 2016 Chrysler 300s clean title no accident reports. Went to change the front bumper with a newer model one for a more aggressive look come to find out Vehicle was in a light front end accident crash bar is all bent, air intake to cracked and broken, driver headlight was replaced.Look over the vehicle before you buy anything.

They have no customer service they were rude and Angie was very unprofessional. They sold me a dirty car and gave it to me on empty tank. Didn't even go over the features of the car. I know it was a used car not new but I have never been treated like that at a dealership. I only brought the car because I really liked it but would never buy anything from them again.
