Online order pickup terrible here. I went inside and had to wait in a huge line of returns. Just to have the rep take my name and walk away. Come to find out they keep the orders in the backroom. Store us clean. Well stocked.

The minute I thought I would give Target another chance, this store proved that this company is everything people say they are. I was followed around the store by someone who was clearly on your undercover security team. Short, white, with the hat on pretending to poorly blend in when I turned around. I purchased everything I touched. I’m now officially done.

The prices to not match online. Cashiers type in wrong produce codes and customer desk employees are never available. Pick up and go is very bad! I waited 25 minutes or so for the employee to go look for my order that stated ready for pick up online. I have been saying for a few years now. This location needs new management.! Or just close already.

I love target, but every single time I go and need help with something I’m waiting.. I needed a phone case which are all locked up and I rang the bell thing and waited. Another person came and waited as well and eventually walked away .. I would have done the same but was in a pinch for a case. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting, buzzing and trying to walk around locally to find someone walked by who happened to have a key. He was nice and was like they probably just left. What’s the point of having the buzzer things if nobody answers the buzzer.. it’s ridiculous

Every time I go, there’s only one cashier & self checkout is blocked off. I used to love going to Target in the mornings & now it’s just frustrating. Spending so much time shopping only to get to checkout & seeing a huge line then having to either abandon cart or stand there in line forever being annoyed that self checkout is closed really ruins a Target trip.

Not a customer friendly store. The employees walk pass you as if you were invisible! No acknowledgment whatsoever! If you need assistance, do not expect it at the Glen Burnie Target ?!

Shopping at Target is a pleasure but they need to hire more cashier's if they going to have self checkout close all the time, especially if a customer only has 1 or 2 items.

This place is a ridiculous mess. Trash and products thrown all over the place. Empty soda bottles. I left immediately after I couldn’t find a simple pair of shoes laces.

On May 13, 2024 I returned 4 boxes of dusting swiffers that I had purchased 2 weeks prior. I mistakingly purchasing the scented fabreeze ones which the chemical smell is too strong and makes me feel ill when exposed to it. I wanted to make an exchange for unscented without loosing my gift card promotion I had earned at the time. The associate, John who assisted me was so helpful in resolving any issues. He was pleasant and patient and made the experience stress less. Thank you John for taking the time to make me, the customer happy. I ❤️ Target!
