I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to because I can’t say enough great things about this shop!! I’m EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience and the results of my repair. I was involved in an accident resulting in door damage to my Camaro. After taking my car to this body shop no one can tell my car had any damage from the beginning. My car honestly looks better now than it did prior to the accident. The paint job is flawless! I’ve had a flawed paint job done previously at a different shop so I was nervous but I must say whoever worked on my car is a very highly skilled individual. Dell was extremely helpful and his communication skills were amazing throughout the whole process. The shop is fast, efficient, and VERY good at what they do! Please support and trust in this business, I will definitely be referring friends and family as well.

Maybe you’re unlucky and have experienced bad service, incompetent employees, or uncaring representatives of service providers in the past? I didn’t consider myself unlucky until I made the mistake of bringing my car to Sudden Impact. First, the only thing sudden about the place was the employee’s hand reaching out for my debit card, other than that, I think sluggish impact would be a much better name.Our car was dropped off on 5/28/23 and after 2 weeks, i decided to check in on the progress. I was told the parts were due in next week and received an apology about the wait, little did I know, this was just the beginning of my waiting. The following week I called and was told the parts had arrived and the car was next up on the lift with one ahead of me. The next week I called mid week to see how the car was coming and was told they were very busy and the car wouldn’t be ready until the middle of the following week. This was the same story I got, week after week. I questioned why and pleaded with them but it took over 2 months for the repairs to be made even though the parts were in by week 3. Absolutely, unimaginable how this place stays in business. I guess there are so many unsuspecting folks needing repairs, repeat business isn’t a concern. Well, they won’t have to rely on my repeat business, that’s for sure.To top it off, our car was given back to us with a tire plug in the sidewall and when I asked about them giving us some money towards a new tire, “M” told me he would not and he had pictures to prove the car came in with a nail in the tire. I asked for time stamped pictures, which shouldn’t be a problem as long as he didn’t take the picture with a Polaroid, but he said no, he didn’t have a time stamp. Every picture taken with any modern phone or any digital camera time stamps all photos. This was the cherry on top of our bad luck sandwich.Please, let my bad experience save you from making the same mistake. Do not bring your vehicle here, unless you are a glutton for punishment, if so, Sluggish Impact comes highly recommended by our family.Services: Tires

I would NEVER recommend that anyone take their vehicle to this shop to have any work done. This shop doesn't care about the quality of their work. Anything is good enough with them plus they did more damage to my vehicle while repairing it and never fixed all the damage from the actual accident. They also ordered and charged the insurance company for Honda parts but installed after market parts. This is a shady operation and they are NOT a pro shop as Progressive calls them.Services: Painting

My aunt who lives in another state got in a minor mishap causing body damage to her vehicle. In a hurry we were able to find this place so that she could travel back home safely. Kimberly Friend went above above and beyond getting my aunts vehicle “bandaged up” and helped make this whole ordeal as unstressful as possible. Kimberly would not accept any money for her help. Without realizing they wouldn't be open, I stopped in on New Year's Eve day. I'm from out of state, and someone at the neighboring AutoZone recommended Sudden Impact to help me with my headlights. After I tried the door, I noticed someone sitting in his car.Turns out, he was a mechanic stopping in for tools on his day off. Ron helped me out bigtime: I needed to be able to drive into the night with functioning lights, and he made that happen. *On his day off.* That's the caliber of people employed at this shop.Five stars.Service: Electrical

I highly recommend Sudden Impact. They were professional, great customer service, and the work on my car was impeccable. I was surprised my car wasn't totaled, but you would never know it by the work done to the car by Sudden Impact. The owners went above & beyond to help us & we are forever grateful. If you need body work and/or paint etc. please call Sudden Impact you won't be disappointed.

The manager (Kim) was very attentive to my needs. She was able to immediately give me an estimate within minutes of my arrival. They had absolutely no issues working with my insurance - USAA. They pushed me through to be done a bit earlier than expected. The work itself was perfect. I’m extremely happy that I chose this place. If your insurance company has a set place to get an estimate (like mine did), I highly recommend that you go to Sudden Impact South as your first option. The guys in the shop were extremely friendly and top-notch. I would still be waiting to be seen for an estimate! Kudos to this business for doing what the others could not.Services: Painting

One of the worse places to take your vehicle for repairs is Sudden Impact Collision Center. Simply, don't take your car here for anything. If you need more convincing try it there and you'll find out. Several things were wrong with my Honda after it was returned to me. Customer service sucked and the lack of professionalism was the least of the problems.

No one there wears macks in this time of pandemic. If they don't care about the customer how can they care how your car is fixed.
