the old man is quite rude when I asked nicely if the acrylic nails was removed as i can still see little bit of those on my nails, and he just start raising his voice saying i made a problem etc which is normal for a customer to ask question. and he just told me to wash my hand and he just left the station. not coming back and not to refer others to come. No wonder why theyre not busy!! customer service is bad if you don't have patient to your customer who ask typical questions as we are no expert with removing acrylic nails!! Duh!!

I went to Sky Nails for the first time, since it looked like a nice salon, and that she (Rose)was not busy. My nails chipped up in less than a week (4 days) after getting them done. I went back to Rose and she refused to fix my nails. Maybe it’s the product she used, but gels nails should not chip and peel that fast. I certainly value good customer service. I will NOT ever go to this salon again. Rose is not friendly and accommodating.

They’re more sanitary than other places. However, there’s always only 2 people working & they’re expensive.

Got tips with a french manicure. the french manicure looked really weird but I wasn't going to bother him to fix it since it still wasnt bad. Nails felt a little loose. 2 popped off within 4 days. Not returning.Service: Manicure

This is the last time I will receive service from here. Rose's attitude is unprofessional, and I’m exhausted from dealing with it. When I ask questions, she constantly gets smart with me. It’s unacceptable. This was my last straw. She told me she wasn’t listening to me because I asked too many questions.I kept coming back for Vo. He is a sweetheart, and I’m sad I will no longer be his client. If you visit this establishment, I recommend Vo; however, he doesn’t talk much.

I’ve been going to Skyone Nails since 2016 when I moved to MD . Today in 2023 they’ve finally lost me as a customer .The last time I was here in February , I paid Cash , and the time before that in December I paid with Cash app as in October Rose recommended it . Today I assumed to still pay my balance with cash app and she went off on me .She was very rude and nasty about $32.50 telling me about Taxes , her accountant, 1099 forms , and alleged fees of $500.I kept calm and asked her to just refund it and I’ll pay her however she likes. She kept telling me no and to call my bank or cash app. I offered to show her how to refund it as she assumed she had to accept it then send it back.After much offering , she needed to call her daughter . I understand this , it’s her daughter and she trust her , but Im not trying to scam you for $32.50 and no offense to your daughter but Im an engineer with 2 degrees I think I know how to use Cash app.In the end , her daughter didn’t know how to refund the money and she let me show her how to press the 3 buttons to refund the money.You could’ve deleted the cash app or deactivated it so it isn’t accessible to users. You should put up signs to let people know you are no longer accepting cash app the same way you have sighs saying you only accept cash tips.I’m choosing my peace over these mediocre nails . A day I chose to get a little self care, you project your tax frustrations on me with a nasty attitude .I’ve supported this business for enough years, through new rules , through mandatory 50% deposit, through the staffing changes , down to no staff at all and just Rose and Vo . I even limit what I get to allow Vo to have a customer since his skills aren’t as advanced .Please I’ve had enough of y’all attitudes . Learn some patience !Services: Dip powder

This place is horrible very very rude and not friendly at all I got a polish change on my toes(which was absolutely horrible) when I made the man fix then he got a attitude and rolled his eyes and a gel fill in on my nails I paid $63 when it should have been $58 they over charge for everything and don't tell you until you go to pay. They turned a lady down when the owner was sitting there doing absolutely nothing!!! Worst nail salon I have ever been too and I have been getting my nails done for 20 years.

I got quoted a price on the phone then i get there wait 20min which is fine but the fact that i left leaving looking not far from what i looked like when i came in didnt even show me the work then after saying 2 what i came for i get told i had to pay extra for work o didnt ask for specifically asked work wasnt even really done and thsn told o had to pay more for what i acthally asked for and got quoted for...then didnt even clean the surface after work was done just left piece of material on me never again....one star just for being open on holiday

Amy always does such a beautiful job! Highly recommend her! The salon is always clean and very well organized. Definitely have so many options as far as colors and every design that i have requested, they’re able to make it happen.

I had a 3PM appointment. The customer ahead of me was late to her appointment so my appointment was delayed.
I asked for the men's spa pedicure. The technician rushed through the job in 15-20 minutes. All of the services listed where not performed! I will never go back or recommend anyone to this place!
