a worker Muriel is very bad with her customer service. On Friday they close at 6 pm I arrived 20 minutes early with my paint color sample and she helped me and she made a mistake and put different colors and said it was my fault for being late I arrived 20 minutes early the result of that was that I lost my time and she just returned my money and didn't want to sell me the correct painting when she was wrong and the only thing she said was that I'm stressed I understand that but work is work very bad service

The staff at this location are very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and ordered paint for me to be delivered from another location. I’ll definitely use this location for future painting projects.

I've been here multiple times & Krissy is always SO helpful. She's friendly & very nice. She really takes the time to help her customers & gives great pointers!

I've been to many sherwin williams stores in the Maryland area. Some better than others but nothing worth writing a review about. However, at this store, an employee here named Nicholas was truly exceptional. I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so. Will only be going to this SW store from now on, for great advice and service!

This has to be the worst-run store in the corporation. Never adequate air conditioning, never enough staff—big sale going on today and there’s one person working … on a Saturday!
Get a new manager, for god’s sake.

Staff very helpful Wa able to purchase all the colors I needed except 2 due to the supply chain shortage. I spent about 1.5hrs in this store even with my colors preselected. I had to find the Sherwin Williams match to my colors which is a daunting task especially depending on the angle and lighting... but I conquered the color wheel and left a happy camper

This was my first trip to any SW. I needed to match paint to a piece of ikea furniture. The salesperson (Shayla, I think?) was extremely helpful and friendly. Paint match came out perfectly. I will be back!
