I washed my car here yesterday, 11/08/23, with self-service and was charged $20. I had to swipe my credit card twice to finish the wash. I’m not quite sure why the $10 charged the first time wasn’t enough, but to continue would be “$3.00 to start.” There was no beeping timer to let me know when my time was up , either time. There was no indication of how much money I’d spent at any given time during the wash time. No receipt either afterwards. So I checked my bank app same day to see a charge of $10, thinking oh, that wasn’ttoo bad. Today I looked again and saw the amount charged was now $20, this for one car wash?? I’ve never spent more than $13 for a single car wash, even going through an automatic wash. So I tried calling the station twice and their phone was busy both times. So here I am to let you know. Also, your automatic car wash doesn’t work, either, (it doesn’t do a pre-rinse anywhere but for a few sprinkles in one area at the start of the wash) which is why I used a self-service stall this time.Response to response:I don’t think that’s the issue. (Also, your response doesn’t address the other points I’ve made.)

They price gough. Price on pumps for 89% octane is $4.59. Same price as the 93% octane v-power. When you call the store, “of course” the manager us not there and I sm told won’t be in until tomorrow.

Do not get gas from this gas station the attendance there are crooks, paid 10 bucks in cash to get gas, only used six bucks and some change but the attended did not want to give me the difference lied and said I use the whole 10 bucks, I argued with her but she would not give me my difference back saying I use my whole 10 bucks, so I went out took a picture of the gas pump that I use showing that I used 6 bucks and some change and she finally gave me my change back, crooks, do not go to this gas station I have heard rumors she has done this to other people.

This place never provides receipts at pump itself. They always ask you to go inside every time.

Stopped for gas and opted to add a carwash at the pump. Gas did it's job, it makes my car move. The carwash made my car look worse than when I went through! Some of the spray nozzles inside the wash are either clogged or out of fluids. Both front doors of my white car look like someone tossed a blue slushie at my vehicle... It's soap from the carwash that didn't get sprayed clean.

Stopped here to get air in my tires.......Both cashiers/ workers complained the entire time about management and change/money/ and hrs
