The worst experience I’ve had with a service company. My home owner’s insurance assigned them to me to service my dishwasher. They were scheduled to come Monday. I waited all day without a phone call and then received an email that they closed my ticket because I didn’t answer my phone or the knock at the door. I have a doorbell camera and could see that no one approached my door. There weren’t any missed calls on my phone. The insurance provider forced me to reschedule with them again. Once again, today I waited all day only to receive no phone call and another email closing my ticket, but this time with the comment of “no parking available”. I would have given up my own parking space, but the technician couldn’t be bothered to call me. The technician assigned to me for both of my appointments was Tyrone P. Do better Tyrone. Some people take off work for these appointments and for this to happen twice in one week is honestly just the most ridiculous thing I’ve experienced in a long time.

The technician came in ( put on protective covers on his shoes) an quickly identified the issue I was having with my stovetop. He quickly fixed it and left. We are happy to have all the burners back! Great job!

John, the technician who came to service my Washer, Dryer, and Gas Stove, is a stellar employee for Sears. He did an excellent job servicing my appliances. He was very polite and respectful. Would love to get John for my maintenance appointment every year.
