They never showed up. They sent me a time frame of 8am-5pm for when they would arrive, sent me multiple confirmations throughout the day on how to prepare for the appointment, then they never showed. I took off work the entire day to accommodate their 9 hour time frame and they never even called to let me know they couldn’t make it or had to reschedule. I had to call the Safelite headquarters the next morning to reschedule and will now be taking another day off of work for them to potentially not show again. I’ve tried calling this specific shop (where the work was assigned) but the phone is never answered.

Worst experience, go elsewhere!First, they rescheduled me 3 times. Second the guy gets here, and for some reason backs the car up into the snow and then tells me after they removed the windshield they found some rust and can't add the new one or put the the old back. I had the rust (which was minimal surface rust at best) removed and primer the spots. Thirdly, the same guy comes back out only to say they still won't do it. Called a local shop to finish the job, had it towed there at 9:50am, and got a call at 11:17am saying it's done. They also confirmed there was no rust, and the minor repairs done should've been sufficient enough. This apparently is not the first time the Safelite company has pulled this.

For my 1st ever windshield repair it was actually a very fast none hassle appointment even after arriving early. Thumbs up to the manager that checked me in. Straight forward simple check in. No questions or crazy shi$. Appreciate the honesty the professionalism to me and my car. I can only speak for my experience. No issues of any kind hopefully my crack doesn't have any but I trust the work done

Called 5 times they keep sending me online for quote and appointment , I CLEARLY NEED TO SPEAK TO REPi have commercial vehicles that come here ,no problem ill take my company and business' else where poor communication

I went to this Safelite on Crain Hwy on 1/3/24 for a cracked windshield. The service was quick and efficient. Jamil was my technician and Malloy handled the follow up. Everything was much appreciated!!

I’m very satisfied with Brittney and Jose work. I had my passenger window bashed in made an appointment through Geico’s app for a drive & drop but Last-minute could not make it. They came out to my house and got the job done. Great job thank you Brittney and Jose. Those were the people who helped me.

Overall, the quality of service was excellent. They replaced my windshield and recalibrated the safety features. My only complaint is I was told it would take 90 minutes, so I just waited in the waiting area. Well, it ended up being 3 hours. If I had known it was going to be 3 HOURS, I would've gone somewhere sat down and got something to eat. Great job at over promising and under delivering.

Never use this safelite. A simple job took over a month to complete. Broke moldings in my car that took them weeks to actually order after I had to repeatedly remind and come into the shop. No one returns calls or even picks up phone calls. Employees here don’t care and are just here to collect a paycheck. Again don’t waste your time and will be looking for another shop in the future.

I would prefer to give no stars but it won't let you post. Awful experience. My husband made an on-line appointment to have the windshield in his car replaced due to damage from flying rocks. When you make the appointment, they ask for the make, model, year, etc. When he gets there, he was told they didn't have the correct windshield for his vehicle. He then made an appointment for them to come to the house which, in my opinion, should have been with no additional charge since he had wasted his time going to the facility. He received an email the day before confirming the appointment but, the day of the appointment, no one showed. When he contacted them (through the chat option since it was a Saturday) he was told the technician had tried to contact him to let him know he was on his way but was not successful, so he would need to contact the facility and reschedule. The technician never tried. Probably someone who didn't want to work that day. In all the time we waited to have this repair done, we probably could have had it done somewhere else. Which is what we are now doing. If you schedule on-line, you have the option of paying when you schedule. If you opt for this company, DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. You will probably have an awful time getting your money refunded. Thank goodness we didn't exercise that option.

Do not go to this place for anything in the world. They repaired my front glass on 9/14/23 but broke my rear view mirror in the process. Today is 9/29/23 and my rear view mirror is still broken. After multiple contacts to customer service over the course of 2 plus weeks, there is no indication or reasonable expectation of when my mirror will be fix. This is a safety concern for me that Safelite does not care about because they already took my payment. Someone was supposed to call me the day the technician broke my vehicle but that was 2 plus weeks ago. Today the supervisor is not in the office nor knows about the issue at hand based of the 3rd party customer service rep. Please don’t go to this place. Customer service and technician service is subpar!
