I have purchase chicken from this Royal Farms location for a couple of years. On Wed June 26 I went in to purchase chicken and when I left the store and starting eating the chicken it had absolutely no taste and was very greasy. Royal Farms is known for the chicken, how did someone cook the chicken without seasoning????????? The chicken was horrible, tasteless and greasy. I am TRULY disappointed and will not be back there anytime soon nor will I recommend Royal Farms chicken to anyone like I previously did. Fire whoever cooked the chicken on Wed afternoon June 26th.

I recently came in to grab some food for a road trip, and the employee Alyssa was so helpful and kind! Answered all my questions and gave some good suggestions too. Very pleased with my visit

Ordered chicken tenders, fries and biscuit. Got them to the car and discovered the chicken was soggy with grease and not done. The fries and biscuit were grease soaked, not even edible. But the worst part was that when I went back to complain the woman behind the counter was visibly annoyed with me and I watched her pluck the chicken from the box I had just given her and throw the pieces back in with the rest of the chicken, to be served to someone else. I had my fingers on that chicken, I had taken it to my car and brought it back into the store. What she did was just gross!

Everything good except for the most recent visit when I tried pouring a Reese's cappuccino and it was so diluted, it was essentially hot water. I shouldn't be paying money for not receiving the bill of goods.

Royal Farms on Cromwell Park Drive is the best of them all! The employees are spectacular, I enjoy going every morning to get my coffee and breakfast burrito, and chatting with them. Then coming back at lunch to get the delicious Fresh Chicken. Try it out, you’ll never stop going!

I’m employed here. We are always cooking chicken and potato wedges . Our homemade chicken salad is the best and it’s delicious. I treat each customer with respect.

This royal farms has to be hands down one of the cleanest friendly gas stations I’ve been to. When you walk in the workers welcome you in. The chicken and food is very good and fresh. Also at most gas stations you expect the bathroom to be grim and dark, but at this royal farms the bathrooms are bright and clean. This is where I will be buying my gas for now on.
