My recent visit here was a profoundly unsettling experience. From the moment I pulled in, it was clear that this establishment was not maintained to even basic standards of cleanliness and safety.
The exterior of the gas station was littered with debris, and there were individuals loitering around who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. This created an atmosphere of discomfort and unease, especially when trying to enter or exit the store.
Upon entering, the interior did little to improve the impression. The floors were grimy, and there was a pervasive odor of stale cigarette smoke mixed with other unpleasant scents. The counters and shelves were disorganized, with products haphazardly arranged and some visibly expired items still on display.
The presence of individuals who seemed to be engaging in illicit activities outside the gas station only added to the sense of insecurity. It was concerning to see such a lack of security measures or visible effort by staff to address these issues.
In conclusion, I would strongly caution against visiting here. The combination of poor cleanliness, disorganization, and the presence of questionable individuals outside creates an environment that is not only unsanitary but also potentially unsafe for customers. It is essential for gas station management to take immediate action to improve conditions and ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons.
STORE NEED TO BE MORE CLEAN INSIDE AND OUTSIDE!!!

Seems to be a recurring theme with Royal Farm to advertise for a car wash but all of them are closed for maintenance

On June 7th around 4:50am I ordered a Italian set sub with fries and took it took my car to enjoy my sandwich until I went out and check my sandwich and found MOLD on it, I was absolutely disgusted and devastated I have never ate mold before not only that I also work at royal farms but another location in Maryland I will not be coming back to this one…

Horrible lately the fries are always greased soaked.the grease is very old.the chicken tenders are so small and crispy anymore.the drumsticks crispy and dark.customer service terrible at the Food station.looks like it's time to find a new chicken and western fry place.because this the third royal farm I been too and its horrible.i ended throwing the food away.ridiculous

Half of the gas pumps are down the vacuums don't work. I tried 2 different vaccuumes, the first one I realized didn't have an attachment piece, but I stilltried because I put my money in already. The suction was so weak it could barely pick up a crumb. So I tried another, this one had an attachment piece but the suction also crappy , but it ran for a long time I just had to put in extra work to clean the car because of how bad it was

Placed a delivery order on the RoFo app which apparently is services by Uber. Over an hour later and 3 Uber drivers later, my food never got picked up. Called to cancel because that's what the RoFo app told me to do and no one at the store knows how to cancel it. Now waiting to dispute the charge through Visa. Will NEVER use RoFo delivery again or Uber Eats for that matter!

I was there yesterday morning (feb 4) playing the lottery scratch offs and I won. I went to cash my ticket and the Magee wouldn’t cash it because he refused to open the register. I believe his name was Muhammad. I use to work for royal farms and they are supposed to up the lottery register at 6am when the lottery system comes back online for the day. (Mind you it’s 730 am at the time) I told him that and he proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t care what anybody else does and that he was not going to open the register to cash my ticket out. I proceeded to go to anther royal farms and cashed my ticket and told them the situation and they’re response was that he was in the wrong. You guys need a better store manager. I will not be coming back there ever.

They completely messed up my order and I didn’t notice until after I left. I paid for a did not receive my small fry and my gravy and cheese sauce. Very disappointing and wasted my money. The only redeeming quality was the very nice lady who runs the cash register who was very nice to talk to. Besides that I am very disappointed in this location.

This is a Royal farms I visit daily during work. The people here are very friendly. It's clean and they always check to make sure I don't need anything. Mohammed there is always friendly and loves to chat with his customers!
