Rotech mistakenly sent me new equipment for my descent instead of my resmed ( one for home and one for vacation house). I opened and used them even though it didn’t need them yet. Hence I could not return them and my insurance would not pay again for the right parts. Rotech Glen Burnie management call me and paid for the correct parts and shipped them at their expense. Very good resolution.

If i could give a rating of zero i would the worst company to get a cpap from let alone support and supplies- no offers of in person support to get the right mask fitted or questions answered, i eill be returning this machine to gonwith a supplier that can help me in person

The person that called multiple times did not explain the Medicaire policy. I could not start using the machine because of a health issue that suddenly came up and all she said was that you have 90 days to be compliant which is not really the whole picture. In more than one call she stated this. In talking to the manager, Rachel, she was extremely rude, condescending, cutting me off and using a very snotty tone of voice. I realize they have to follow Medicare rules but she was not nice from the beginning of the call. She was also this way when I was getting the machine and there was a problem with the paperwork. I feel she was not having a bad day both times. This is her rude way of acting and management needs to address her phone professionalism. Very defensive and does not display one ounce of empathy. Kindness goes a long way in resolving complaints and she does not possess one ounce . She needs some serious training on handling complaints. Attitude comes from the top down and she could be the reason there are other complaints on here about rudeness.

I should’ve looked at all the horrible reviews before trying to work with this office. I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience with then over the last 3 months. The only person that has been remotely helpful is Julie. Sandy and the manager are horrible and extremely rude. Disgusting customer service. I will be no longer using Rotech and will switch to a different Cpap company to not have to deal with the disorganization and horrible attitude of everyone in this office. Do not use them! I would rather drive to a further office than have to ever talk to these people again. Listen to the other horrible reviews and do not bother with this horrible office.

I recently had a problem with my cpap machine, which I got through Rotech. So I called to make an appointment to have my machine checked out. I was able to get an appointment quickly and everyone that I dealt with was very courteous and professional.

Wish I could give zero stars. I’m an RN case manager and I have never interacted with such a terrible DME company. I changed insurance 12/1/2022. They billed the old insurance company for December 2022 supplies. Then proceeded to bill me for the supplies. I have been calling for a year asking them to send the claim to the correct insurance company. I get transferred around and no one takes care of it. I haven’t been able to order supplies from them since March 2023 because of my balance, but despite me calling many times they still have not billed the correct insurance company. Each time I call I’m assured it will be taken care of. Still hasn’t been taken care of.

I have been a customer of the Glen Burnie office for almost 2 years and I have never had an issue until a few night ago. My concentrator broke down. It was very late at night, but the tech came and brought me a new concentrator and some extra tanks. I am very appreciative of his effort and care. Kudos to him, he is awesome!

The horrible stories are real. They screwed me out of hundreds of dollars shipping extra parts that I didn't ask for, didn't need, didn't want, don't know what to do with, to a device that I don't have. They actually said that because I didn't call them back within 3 days (THEY NEVER CALL BACK!!!) then they have to charge me for it. They are stacked in my garage if anyone is looking for $300 worth of useless plastic.

Stay away from this company. This a insurance scam. they have the worst customer service. After they bill the insurance twice under different names I'm told I owe $$$.

The worst company with horrible customer service. Impossible to get a straight answer from their representatives. They bill you monthly for a rental, but won’t complete the supplies order. If I could give Rotech a 0 star, I would.

This is the most unorganized company I have ever worked with. First I never get my statements on time to pay so that left me with a 541.74 bill that I just had to pay. All of their customer service is outsourced to some where that is not the USA. Second the equipment is terrible, I never got the option to choose my equipment, I was just sent a Resvent that I still use and loose sleep cause it wakes me in the middle of the night taking my breath away. Thirdly I was sent this equipment with no explanation on how to use it properly, or masking fitting guidance. This is just a terrible company and if I could give no stars I would. Communication is NOT their strong point either. NEVER use this company. I am currently looking for a new CPAP supplier and Rotech can come get their equipment.

Not the greatest. BP Gamma was much better and even they were not stellar, and then they were merged/purchased by/etc. by Rotech and things got much worse.

If I can give no star, that will be it!Horrible customer service. Got the nebulizer and used once, did not realize it was a rental. received the bill, paid, and have the unit picked up. Received another bill because it covered an additional month while we had the machine in our possession. All they care was are you paying it today! I promised this will be the last bill. I was told when I paid the first time. I am just worry that I will received another bill because there might be a few days not covered in the previous bill. AVOID AT ALL COST to use this company.
