The overall repair process was good, great work. However my tire was damaged in the process some how after I picked my rims up. Upon speaking with Melinda who was very helpful. The owner said he couldn’t find a use tire in my size, lol. My brother you are not putting a used tires on my classic car. I further advised two the tire is only &100 dollars and I’m not trying to con them out of a tire. I just want my damaged tire fixed.?However they did offer me a discount if I came back for work. Please I understand this, there are plenty of repair shops that do this work. I chose to give my business to you.

Staff was very nice until I had an issue. All they did is refer to the disclaimer I signed and that they are not liable for anything. I think negligence on the technician should be something that is addressed but according to them the wavier releases all liability regardless of carelessness. First issue I had was the lug bolts were put on near 1600 ft pounds each. FYI the torque spec is 108 ft pounds. I have the high torque Milwaukee and it wouldn’t loosen them. I ended up breaking a socket and the joint on a breaker bar to get them off. In addition to that, my wheel bearing dust cover is missing which probably fell off when they removed the wheel. No big deal but when I told them they just referred to the waiver and offered nothing. I would be cautious about going here based on my experience and I did not even have any work done. I just had my wheels checked to see if they were bent.UPDATE:I would like to add the company reached out to me the following day to address the situation. They were able to locate my dust cover in the back and we came to an arrangement to replace the lug bolts. This just shows how one employee can really affect the reputation of the entire business. I’m glad management addressed these issues I experienced and offered some type of resolution.

They were able to locate my dust cover in the back and we came to an arrangement to replace the lug bolts. This just shows how one employee can really affect the reputation of the entire business. I'm glad management addressed these issues I experienced and offered some type of resolution.

Rim Doctor came highly recommended, and I gave them a try. I was satisfied, so I decided to come back a second time for service as well as refer them. Well, I had the worst service ever! They damaged my tire in the process and tried to charge me for a tire as well as the rim repair. Needless to say, after consulting with them and they taking responsibility, I was given a tire of a different brand. When they changed the tire they damaged the rim again and told me that I had to make a return appointment to get it fixed. I asked for management and the owners' information (which they would not divulge), so I asked for the owner to contact me. After a few days, I reached back out after not hearing from the manager and owner of Rim Doctor, and I asked again for the owner to contact me. I thoroughly expressed my disappointment and expressed that I had to replace the mismatched tire that they put on my truck. Well, it's been weeks, and I have not heard from the owner. I have not been reimbursed for a tire and had to have rim repairs done at a reputable company. I'm highly disappointed and as I referred new business to this shop I'm going to stress please do not trust this shop with one of your most valuable possessions...your vehicle!!!!

I had 2 cracked rims that I took to get "repaired". I didn't drive the car a lot but every time I went to drive it, one of the "repaired" rims needed air. I would recommend finding a different place to fix cracked rims.

I am so happy I found these guys. I can into everything they did, but that will not explain the 5 star rating. They did not over promise, they explained exactly what they could do to repair my rims and did it. It was that simple. I wish more businesses did just that. Friendly honest and affordable. That is 5 stars in my book.

My experience here was very pleasant and comfortable. The woman who took my appointment over the phone and greeted me in person was friendly and helpful. The woman who went over my vehicle and took pictures was lovely as well. Rim Doctor was able to identify my tire issue and fix it in less than an hour. Thank you! If there are any future issues, I will return, and I highly recommend them.

I had two rims repaired within a week of each other for $200 each. I did not drive the car for almost two weeks, and only 200 miles have been put on the car since the first repair. There is a 30 day warranty. Less than 30days later the tires started needing air, after two stops within 3 days I called Rim Doctor and told them what was going on. They advised if it was holding air it was probably my tire as the cracked rim wouldn't hold air. Went another week or so without driving my car- the first time I get in I need air. Needed to put air in three times in one day and was losing pressure within a few minutes of driving, brought the car in and the rim is in fact cracked again in the same spot. Was advised I would receive a call on next open day for an appointment. Received a call, first receptionist was nice, I explained situation, she transferred me to second receptionist. Explained situation again, she advises yes we can fix it but it will be same price again because I am 10 days out of warranty. I asked if they could provide a discount because I just paid for this repair and have been having the issue since before the 30days but they advised it was the tire based on what was happening and I have not been home to even drive the car or bring it back to them. She replied no- it's 30 days, but it's up to you we can fix it. Very inconsiderate way to respond to poor workmanship impacting a customer. Took to another shop close to my home and they said the repair was done very poorly and that's why it cracked again. They also looked at the other rim that was repaired and said it was done poorly and will likely crack again soon. I will now have to have both rims repaired, further damaging their integrity. I will never visit this location again. At first I was frustrated at the poor customer service and the flat- "no it's 30 days" despite my contacting them prior to being out of warranty. But now I am happy I will be getting it repaired properly and my safety is my number one concern. Had they been accommodating and even just offered a discount on the second repair I wouldn't have gone somewhere else and learned it was poor quality, and I would have spent more money with this company for a bad rim repair. Thank you for not having good customer service or standing by your work.

I had my rims repainted and I was more than satisfied with the work that was done. I then had to come back and get a cracked rim repaired. That same crack is leaking again after a few months and I have to pay the full amount again. Not a happy customer at all. No one is ever happy when they have to spend more money. And now because of my honest review, I can no longer get service from this company.

Great staff very friendly and professional. Answered all of my questions over the phone and even gave me my repair price based on pictures I send because I traveled an hour to get there. The trip to this rim repair shop was well worth the drive and time. I highly recommend and will be doing future business with them to customize some other wheels I have.

Been coming here for two year now and have always been satisfied with their work. I had 2 cracks in my rim, curb rash on that same rim and not mention that same rim was bent a little. Thanks rim doctor! Work well done ?

Awesome job! Was able to match the color of my wheel and did a great job of repairing a chip of metal that came off. Rim Doctor was very timely as well, did the repair in less than a day.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I made a 1:00 P.M. appointment the day before (via text message) and told them I would be coming up from the Eastern Shore. I ran into bridge traffic on Route 50 so I called @ 12:30 P.M. and left a message on voicemail (because no one there ever answers the phone) to advise I was running about 15 minutes late. I arrived at 1:20. The receptionist dsmissed me citing that they only allow 15 minutes grace on an appointment and told me I did not call to advise I was running late. I told her to check her voicemail (she didn’t). She went in the back and came out a few minutes later, and told me that she would have to reschedule my appointment for another day because they took in other work (I assume within those 20 minutes). I told her I just drove two hours up from the Eastern shore, but she was indignant. I told her I’ve had many wheels repaired at their facility and wish to speak to a manager, she told me she was the manager and she would have to reschedule my appointment. I told her I would not be back - EVER.I wasted 4-hours…certainly not going to invest 8 with this company. I will never come back or do business with this type of millennial, indignant attitude. I don’t care what business you’re in, if you’re dealing with the public you better understand the concept of customer service. Business to business….you’ve now lost our company’s future business.
