The customer service was awesome and Mr. Kaiwon helped me out with the measurements of my feet and was very respectful and polite in every aspect. From a scale from 0 to 10 stars. He definitely gets 10 stars from me. I really appreciate his customer service. Shout out to that man. The boots are awesome!
