I I could give 0 starts I would! Worst customer service ever. They are scammers and liars!! I called to verify my f they had a used tire in the size I needed and they told me they did. On the rim and out the door for 60$. When my daughter got there they said they did not have that size in used and she had to buy a new one. 120$ was the price they gave her. I called the owner to ask about the confusion and he stated, “the price for a new tire is 135$”. So in an hour time frame the price not only doubled but then he was going to charge more for the new price given. Do not go here. Not an honest business.

The young Man working on 5/3/24 was the utmost kind and respectful and thro professional. He even checked my other tires for nails without me having to ask. He fixed my bad tire, and his prices are FAIR. Don't want any more nails in my tires, but if I need tire repair again, I'll return to JNR smile!

I’d gone to three tire shops before them but none of them carried my tire size. The guy helping me was very polite even waiting for me to finish talking on the phone and offered condolences when he overheard me talking about preparing for my brother’s funeral the next day. It was very fast and convenient. I’m so grateful I found them!

Was here from out of town for a funeral, my front driverside tire went bad. They diagnosed it quickly and were able to get me a used tire and mount it in under 30 minutes so I could make the 4 hour drive home. They put my old tire in my truck to take back to my local shop nc they are under warranty. I'm so grateful they were open and able to help so quickly
