Why make appointments when they don't take you on time? This place is sad. No one at the front desk to assist. How long does it take to draw blood???? They never take you at your appointment time until you start complaining. The lady had an 11:30 appt she complained at 12:15 then they said you're next. Next. That tells me they won't be taking me at my appointment time because it's already 3 people past their time. It's now 10 mins past my time and 2 others have time that already past. Get some help quest or get some employees who want to work.

I scheduled an appointment for 1:30 p.m. and was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. This was impressive since there were only two phlebotomists working and a completely full waiting room. I was extremely happy with the exceptional and courteous treatment I received.

My appt was 8:10 am and they choose to take someone before me. That persons appt. was 8:45 am. I let them know and it didn't really matter to them. that was rude and inconsiderate of that phlebotomist. Her name was Nicole.

Going to Quest Diagnostics is very easy, The people that work there and wait on you are very nice, They are very helpful,
As i did a walk in ,
Now setting up by phone can use some work that why i did a walk in.

Went to this quest today, arrived at 3:20 pm and the doors were locked when the doors and site say they close at 3:30. Tried calling quest and there is no way to reach the desk. Called my doctor and a worker walked out saying the doors weren’t locked until 3:27. I showed I’d been on the phone for ten minutes with my doctor and 5 with quest. It was now 3:35. They told me to go away. If you go here do not go anywhere near close or you’ll waste your time. They don’t care if you work.

Call menu is broken and no way to speak to an employee. When scheduling an appointment thru the web app, all available times are no longer available even though you can still select them and it shows they are available. How can you run an appointment based service and not be able to take appointments. Get better at automating or hire more employees. What a joke

Loved this Quest location. Appointment availability was great, easy to check in online, friendly staff, in and out quickly and efficiently!
