My claims agent Kyle was there from day one. Assisting me with everything I needed. He explained the process of my claim and handled it with professionalism and empathy for my situation.

Super sad about my car being totaled but completely satisfied with the entire claims process. I arrived to finish out the proper paperwork and pick up payment and was immediately greeted and helped by Alexis! She was extremely professional, timely and personable!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my S.O. (longtime boyfriend).Worst auto insurance company EVER. You won't ever want to deal with them as far as an accident, even with FULL coverage & you're their customer. I was hit by another vehicle and needed my car fixed. Expected them to cover it, aside from my deductible, bc that's what they're supposed to be there for, right!?! ? According to one of their reps there is "NO SUCH THING" as full coverage.Meanwhile, they paid for the other person's vehicle with no issue. This vehicle sat, in pieces no less, for over 6 months. Progressive gave the auto body shop the "green light" twice to fix it then went back on it BOTH TIMES! It took us reaching out to the Maryland Insurance Complaint Depart, The Collision Claims Center and The Better Business Bureau to get this issue resolved. This car was only 6 months old going in and will be over a year old by the time this is all over! All the while Progressive continued to get paid by me every month (a very high fee) to keep my vehicle "fully insured" and so did the finance company bc that's how it works when you finance even tho it's been sitting and not driven in over 6 months.Luckily, as of TODAY, they SAY they're taking responsibility for their actions and paying to have it fixed. We will see, then I will update.

So yesterday I go to look and they added a driver two of them to my insurance without my permission and are charging me 887$ ! I'm a single mother I didn't ask for this or ask to be charged for two people insurance I don't know this is by yet the WORST insurance I've ever had !! Never again '

I have been with Progressive car insurance for 7+ years, even switching states with them when I moved. I have never been so disappointed with the customer service of a business, especially one that I pay over $130/monthly. My car was recently vandalized and the thieves broke the driver side window and stole the steering wheel airbag. The process to get it repaired has been a nightmare.I submitted the claim on 8/29 by noon. Around 8-9am on 8/30 I spoke with the assigned representative on the phone - she seemed incredibly put out that I had called her to ask about the claim and to get the ball rolling. On 9/1 I dropped the car off at the dealership. Over the next 17 days I would attempt to periodically check in with the insurance company to determine progress. In the beginning week I received 2 text messages stating that progressive adjusters were not available and that the process was taking 3 days longer than typical. But, at no time was I told what the typical timeframe was usually. On the second - third week I reached out to my assigned representative no less than 5 times in various formats (called and left voicemail, texted the number she gave me, and wrote a message in the progressive app) and I never received a response. Several times the dealership reached out to me as they had not contacted the dealership ship yet either. It has now been 21 days in total and, while my car is now fixed, I cannot pick it up because neither myself nor the dealership has been informed of where the payment check has been sent. I let the dealership know that I have yet to receive an answer when I contact them, so now they are trying to reach out to Progressive to get some answers.Overall, I will never recommend Progressive insurance to anybody and I am going to find a new insurance provider as soon as this whole disaster is over.

Overall claims standard answer is meets Industry standards. For a junkyard run by the blind . Pro shops are horrible paint finish clips and screws missing. Lots of extra damage caused by bodyshop .Adjusters are rude and as stated are conditioned to say " meets industry standards " Truck moved to 2nd pro'shop who then wrote another $2k to get close to industry standard before adjuster pulled the plug and said its good enough and the rest will need to go to honda bodyshop and pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed ,Progressive acknowledged and paid but terrible workmanship is still evident but still have to take to 3rd bodyshop Do yourself a favor and not buy sell or use any Progressive insurance products .

If I could give 0 stars I would. I been with progressive for 3years. No where on my policy did it say no one else could drive my car and when my bf at the time crashed into someone they covered the other car but not mine. I am still fighting to get some type of coverage for my brand new car not even 50k miles on it. I left messages for the manager, claim rep and adjuster and no answer or call back. Not one person from progressive will even go look at my car. I have to go through GAP to get some kind of help. Don’t walk away from progressive RUN! They added my bf to my policy without my permission after the accident. I literally could go on and on.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Although the website said they were open, no one was there. Doors locked. I was able to complete my claim through the 800 number. Very good service over the phone.

I went to this location to drop off a letter, I internet does not say this location is 95% closed do to renovations or at least that's what I was told when I got there, I was also told they do not have a scanner to scan documents into there computer and they do not have any fax machines so they can fax or receive documents. Or again that's what I was told after I got there and finally found after looking and chasing noises for 35 mins. My question is Why not put a sign on ALL of the doors " closed due to renovations" AND put a note saying same on the internet. Or is progressive getting to be a low life insureance company? Are they about to go out of business or get bought out? I sure would like to know the honest answer, and not what "THEY" think I want to know

This has been the worst incident I have ever had with a insurance company. I was hit by someone insured by this company and they took a report of the claim over the phone(was told minor damage to bumper and airbag light came no-now they can't find that phone call)and won't stand behind the airbag light being on. They want to say the airbag light was on prior to the accident. Anyone who knows me knows I don't ride around with ANY lights on. This has been a nightmare. So I am going to pick up my vehicle today without a functioning airbag because they refuse to pay for it. Great job FLO

The worst insurance company ever. I signed a 6 month policy with these people. They waited until my 5th month of having the policy to make changes to the account which increased my premium and without notifying me of the changes, they made a unauthorized transaction from my financial institution. My bank then investigated the transaction and found them negligent. Because of this situation I am currently waiting to resolve an insurance violation with mva once they reopen from COVID. I recently checked my credit report and discovered that this agency had reported a false balance after they committed fraud on my account. I am now disputing it.
