2805 North Point Rd, Dundalk“All I can say is, WOW, what a hidden gem. A pharmacy that serves as a liquor store, gift shop, and bar? It's an interesting combination that makes it a fun place to visit. The liquor selection is actually pretty decent and I was able to find a few hidden gems at a very good price here, as were many of my friends. I also checked out The Fountain, which is small bar with a classic 1980s (and older) vibe. There were some rare, allocated whiskies available for tastings at a reasonable price, around $10 for an ounce. I'm sure their menu changes occasionally but it's a solid bar to visit to try something nice. My group also ordered the turkey sandwich that came with chips. It was a reasonably good sandwich, though nothing outstanding. They seemed to have some interesting pies, but I didn't have time to try those. Here, it's definitely about the whiskies and vibe. Can't wait to come back again.”
“Brittany has patiently assisted me twice-with a mail delivery issue and passport services. Both times, she was thorough in working with and finding a solution for me. Thank you, Brittany and team!”

These ladies have gone above and beyond in assisting me with address changes and the new system for the lock boxes. I appreicate the their time, patience and kindness. USPS should be proud that these women represent them well with outsranding customer sevice.”
“Had a mis-delivered package. Over a few days, Ms. Kelly personally tracked it down and made sure it arrived at my place securely. She was nice, professional, helpful and kept me updated throughout. You don’t see this kind of service often :)”

130 N Greene St, Baltimore“Five stars for the women working there today. She was helpful and patient and explained everything to me as I had no idea how to send my letter. The post office was empty, and the wait was short. Everything I needed was provided to me.”
“The staff at this particular branch doesn't receive nearly enough credit for handling all of the nut jobs and trashy, hateful customers who do business here. The staff are always kind, professional, and helpful and treat the most difficult customers with dignity and respect.”
“I went into the Crownsville Post Office and accidentally spilled all of the mail I had brought in. Derek (and all the other people in there of course laughed) was gracious enough to say, don't worry about it, that he would take care of it and get the mail on it's way. I appreciated his compassion and assurance that although I had caused him more work he willingly took care of it. Many thanks to Derek for easing my embarrassment.”
10AM - 2PM 3 - 5PM
714 S Wolfe St, Baltimore“I used to go to the Fed Hill location but too many issues each time with customer service. So I decided to venture a couple miles away for better service. Best post office in B-More, very helpful and courteous. Typically there are 2 women that work there and they are both great! ?”

1521 Ritchie Hwy Ste 100, Arnold“Everyone there is very friendly and helpful, I must say that Joanne is exceptional!!!! She is very knowledgeable, always trying to assist customers!!! I She is simply wonderful!!!”
“The suite itself could use a facelift/modernization, but the staff's attitude, professionalism & help is absolutely superb! Makes you question the phrase origins of "going postal". The gentleman helping me was well spoken, versed and knowledgeable of the whats and hows and even with what he didn't know off the top of his head, he didn't hesitate to go above and beyond to find the answers that I was seeking. And doing it all with smile too. I was genuinely pleased with the service received and would refer this branch to anyone who is in need of post office or staff who will do whatever they can to help you accomplish your mailing needs.”
“Have only had to stop by the physical location a few times, but has always been a quick experience and staff were courteous. Mail delivery to my home has always been good and staff delivering mail have always been nice. No complaints here and hope others consider leaving positive reviews in addition to negative ones.”

2401 Ashton St, Baltimore“Just wish their shipping supply is stocked. Other than that cool post office that was going to get closed down but the neighborhood bond together to keep open. 4 stars because nothing is perfect”
9AM - 1PM 2:30 - 5PM
340 S Highland Ave, Baltimore“I only knock one star off because it's the USPS. It's not a fun experience dealing with them as a whole. All the other stars go to Monique. She is so efficient and polite. Usually postal service workers are angry and demeaning. Monique is such a star of the USPS. I'm always in and out quickly and she makes the experience so much better.”
“I know folks have had bad experiences with the USPS and have good reason to air complaints, but I rarely see a positive review. We recently were missing to pieces of important mail that should have been delivered 11 days ago per the Informed Delivery service notice (very good.) Yesterday I reported the details to the USPS via email and was emailed back that the search request was received and that we'd hear back in two or three days. Today, the next day, I received a call from our local Catonsville PO. Though the service person couldn't tell me where exactly our mail was other than to say it had been received downtown and may have fallen off of the scanner, she was very polite. Right after our call, a postal truck pulled up with both pieces of mail, not our normal delivery. Probably a coincidence, but we had a prompt, good interaction with a postal worker and we got our mail. Our mail carriers have always been great. In all the decades of receiving mail, we can count on one hand the number of times we've had delays that we've been aware of. Only twice has the mail looked chewed up by a machine, yet still delivered. With the amount of mail that is handles every day, with the current number of cuts and "reorganizations" that are happening that slows the mail rather than keeps it efficient, the people who work in the trenches of the PO are doing a fantastic, thankless job. The cost of mail is still reasonable and the PO services areas that the for profit corporations don't feel are profitable enough. If those same companies were to take over mail delivery, it will cost us twice or three times as much while paying workers less with the profits going to the executives. Thank you, Catonsville postal workers, and those everywhere in the system that keep our mail coming.”
8:30AM - 5PM
819 Reece Rd, Severn“I have been here a few times to mail packages or drop off letters. Each time, the post master has been very helpful and quick to get me in and out. I can't imagine their job is an easy one.”
3 - 4PM 10AM - 2PM
340 S Loudon Ave, Baltimore“This location is always super helpful and very nice. I see customers just being rude and nasty which solves no problem at all, but they never return that same negative energy. Postal is a very important and serious job. I appreciate them at Loudon Avenue.”
“My trip to the Severna Park post office was the best experience Ive ever had at a post office in Maryland. The staff were kind and helpful and the wait was not long at all (Monday afternoon at 1:30pm). Shout out to Timara, who assisted me and was wonderful.”
9AM - 5PM
1500 Cherry Hill Rd, Baltimore“I’m so grateful to the workers here. They helped us find missing mail. My aunt had went to this location and asked them to help look for it. And they found it. Very sweet people who helped us!”
8:30AM - 5PM
515 S Camp Meade Rd, Linthicum Heights“Today, I had a great time at the post office thanks to Lauren. She was always smiling and very helpful, which made me feel much better after a not-so-nice encounter with another staff member who rudely declined my request for a pen (and that's why I took a star away from my review). I hope all the staff at the post office could be as friendly as Lauren!”
11AM - 1PM 2 - 5PM
7761C Eastpoint Mall, Baltimore“Good clean location. Note, this is a mini Post Office, no rental P.O. boxes, expect lines at the window--usually 1 or 2 employees work there, esp. during peak time.”
“I use the U.S. Postal Service at least several times per week. Occasionally, I use Window services for purchasing postage stamps and or money orders. The staff has always been friendly, courteous, and efficient”
“Ladies and gentlemen, fellow citizens,Today, I stand before you to emphasize the **indispensable role** played by our United States Postal Service (USPS). It is more than just a system for delivering mail; it is a vital thread woven into the fabric of our nation.1. **Connecting Communities**:The USPS binds together the scattered populous of our great land. From bustling cities to remote hamlets, it bridges the gaps, ensuring that every address receives correspondence. Our rural communities, often isolated, find solace in the familiar sound of the mail carrier's footsteps. It is the lifeline that connects us all.2. **Public Safety and Resilience**:When disaster strikes, the USPS stands unwavering. It is an **essential support agency** in our National Response Framework. During hurricanes, wildfires, or pandemics, our postal carriers become beacons of hope. They deliver not only letters but also life-saving information, medicine, and aid. Remember Hurricane Maria? Our letter carriers in Puerto Rico provided critical data to FEMA, aiding vulnerable citizens in need¹.3. **Universal Service Obligation**:Unlike private delivery services, the USPS operates under a universal service obligation. It ensures that every American—urban or rural—has access to mail service at a reasonable price. Our postal workers brave all conditions, from scorching summers to icy winters, to bring packages to citizens' front doors. They are the unsung heroes of our daily lives.4. **Public Good, Not Profit**:The USPS is not merely a business; it is an invaluable public good. It does not seek profits but serves the people. It is the third-largest employer in America, hiring nearly 100,000 veterans. Its favorable public opinion surpasses that of any federal agency. Let us recognize its essentialness and protect it as a national treasure. In conclusion, let us celebrate the USPS—the tireless carriers of our stories, the guardians of our connections, and the embodiment of resilience. Let us safeguard this institution, not just for today but for generations to come.Thank you, and may the spirit of service continue to guide our postal workers as they crisscross our great land, delivering hope, love, and democracy itself.God bless America, and God bless the United States Postal Service! ???”
“Dia was a pleasure to me. I went in and had several questions in regards to passports for both me and my daughter and she was very knowledgeable and gave me excellent information and walked me through how the process works. She demonstrated excellent customer service to me as well. Being new to the area this is a major green flag for me. Thank you Dia for your help. :)”
“We recently sent a package to a recipient in that area. There was a small mistake with the house number, but one of the employees called me to get the correct one and had the driver deliver it that day. Good service should be recognized, and we appreciate her going above and beyond to ensure it got to it's proper destination! Thank you doing a great job!!”
“I tracked my package and it showed delivered. It was not in the mailbox or anywhere else in our building. I called this location and a gentleman (Levy) answered the phone. He asked for the tracking number and called the carrier. He located the package and had it delivered.”

10 16th Ave, Brooklyn“I recently received a report from my mail lady saying that she received a report that my package wasn't delivered but I can confirm it was actually delivered on time. I want to make sure my mail carrier isn’t held responsible for this mistake, as she’s always been punctual and respectful with our deliveries. Neither I nor anyone in my family filed this report and I use informed delivery and front door cameras that record EVERYTHING all day to track our packages, so I’m certain everything was handled correctly. I’m not sure who made the report, but they seem to be mistaken. I really appreciate the great service we’ve received from our mail carrier.”
“Went here to send off my passport application. The lady knew exactly what to do and it was a quick and easy process. This was a Saturday around 1:30 pm and it was very busy but the line moved fast.”
