“Fabulous modern pharmacy with Oldschool service and value.Counter staff are respectful, caring and personable. Ditto for the pharmacists. Everyone there works together as a team to ensure you receive the most value for the dollar you spend. And they deliver like old time drugstores. Which is great if you are sick in bed w the flu or something as serious.I ditched the chains and will never go back.At the risk of sounding corny, you feel the love here. Love of what they do!”
“This is one of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to. Mr Bob is so wonderful and very caring. He will go out of his way to find coupons to help pay for high dollar prescriptions. An example is my one medication would cost me 110.00 with my insurance but with the manufacture coupon it was only 20.00 for a 3 month supply. They also deliver. If you want a pharmacy that cares and looks out for you, then this is the pharmacy for you.”
“As a whole the store employees are great. The pharmacy crew is amazing. However twice I had a poor, if not bad, experience with the food court. Once I ordered a pizza over the phone. It was supposed to be ready by 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 picked up a few items and headed to the food court. My pizza was not ready and I was told they were running behind. I agreed to wait. But took my items to my car. When I returned I was not allowed to go back in scone it was near closing time. The last time disaster hit, the counter clerk gave me a hotdog which fell on the floor due to a defective bag. Another customer told me that it had just happened to them. and that they would remake it. I returned to the counter only to be ignored for 12 mins. By the clerk, hot dog and bag sitting on the counter. I left the store.”
“The staff is very accommodating at this pharmacy. I’m very kind people I am in here a lot and the women behind the desk treat the elderly very well. Pay them more.”

“Great selection of both medical items and normal things you would find at the drugstore at what I would say are reasonable prices. It's also nice this is run like a mom and Pop and not like a corporation. And the best thing is is the fact that it's located within a major medical community adjacent to the hospital. You don't have far to get your prescription filled if you had an ER visit or if you were coming from one of the many doctors located in buildings around here Keep up the good work!”

“I went to Walmart originally to make prints. There were several employees who could tell I was having problems & not a single one offered me help. I gave up & left. I went to Walgreens & had a great experience. Kevin was awesome & helped me a lot. I went back the next evening. The girl working photos that evening was also a big help & very friendly. I don't remember her name, but I would continue using Walgreens for photo prints from now on. Same price & much more enjoyable experience. They went above & beyond.”
“Always use Walgreens Pharmacy drive-thru... Usually sometimes the weight is 15 minutes or more. Inside is easy and quick sometimes you have to stand in line but you can buy a majority of odds and in this store.”

I must say, 99.9% of the time the Drive Thru Pickup window is usually a pleasure in dealing with the individual helping your customers.\nMr. Nathan was professional, has very good people skills and communicates clearly with your customers - His help is greatly appreciated. It`s a pleasure interacting with your Team members. They truly care for your customers (99.9% of the time)\n\nHowever, on this day (09-05-23@12:30pm, Tuesday) I don`t understand why I had to wait for about 45 – 60 minutes with only one vehicle in front of me ?\nIt seemed there may have been some confusion with the customer and your window attendant ?– I`m under the impression your drive through window was simply a drop-off and pickup service.\n\nIf there was a problem that took this long, I believe your attendant should have told this customer to come into the store as this held up many customers getting through the pick-up window prior to their Lunch Break\n\nThank you - Have a great Day/Week and stay Healthy (Safe)\nStill a satisfied customer”
“Today at was in store to pick up some photos.While I was paying at the cashier, my son (13) who has autism, was playing with Helio balloons and he took one of them letting the ballon flight. I asked the cashier if I had to pay for the ballon and he said no. But was amazing when other store employer came to my car and told me if my son wanted another ballon. I answered, , but I didn’t pay for it and he said it doesn’t matter.My son and me were so happy.Always I have to explain to everybody that my son has an invisible diss ability as is the Autism, cause he is a big boy with different conducts and today this employer understood perfectly everything.Thanks again!!!”

“I always use this pharmacy and always have a decent experience. Sometimes the team member behind the counter is a little bit short (this is my experience over many years) but they are always helpful. I have gotten medications and scheduled vaccines here and it is always easy. The wait time has never been too long, about 4-5 hours at the longest when I brought my physical prescriptions in. I highly recommend them.”
“Their system was down. Had to make 2 trips in order to get my med. They weren't processing insurance claims. There was a long line of customers. All were turned down. Very annoying on an extremely hot day. They could have notified customer of computer problem via text messenging just like they said your RX was ready. Their system had been down all day.”
“This is an amazing store. Staff are friendly although the pharmacy has been truly rough. The one pharmacist was the worst & was disrespectful to me once & we got into it. She behaved unprofessional & acted like she wanted to fight. Lines were extremely long and I’ve stayed on hold on the phone for over an hour many of times & no one ever answers. Staff just literally moved really slow & acted like they didn’t want to be there & didn’t care to work at a reasonable pace. However, they have improved recently with new staff at the pharmacy & the staff have been so pleasant & have better attitudes. The wait times have decreased & calls are being answered more promptly. I’m glad things have started to get better. Unfortunately, I saw the old pharmacist recently & she didn’t say anything to me. I hope she’s not back or that she got the training that she needs. It is one of the busiest pharmacies, so it takes certain trained staff to hold it down. They are the front line and set the atmosphere for the rest of us.”
