ABSOLUTELY WORST GROOMING EXPERIENCE EVER…Mandy butchered my dog with out permission and against my explicit instructions of how I wanted her cut and where her problem areas were which we under her bottom area only. One supervisor was very understanding and apologized for the services against my wishes and refunded my fee, the other supervisor kept referencing she had not been groomed since December which didn’t matter cause my Chloe gets groomed at home and has never been cut bald cause she had a full body of fluffy hair. I’m beyond disappointed and sad 😔! If I could give a negative star -⭐️ I would.

I had an appointment today and decided to grab some food and litter, there were 5 staff total only 1 was working the rest were in the last lane talking. As I was walking out they ran out and stopped me asking if I payed for my stuff. They all kept saying who helped you we are the only ones up here. If they weren’t so busy talking they would’ve seen me and the line that had formed while they were not working. Thank you sandy next time I won’t be buying my things here

My daughter really wanted a cute hamster but we couldn’t get it because when we asked for an employee they kept telling us one second while they clearly were not busy

NEVER BUY FEEDER FISH FROM HERE THERE TANK HAVE SICK FISH EVERWHERE. I brought 15 feeder fish, when I got home I seen that one of the fish have few spots on the tail didn’t think nothing of it. I had my oscars and Jack Dempsey got 9 years never had a problem. After my fish ate them two days later my fish had spots all over. Went to a different Petco and they told me what meds to get but I guess it was two late 3 days later fish started dying one by one, called
The store and now they trying say it was not them but if u go in the store they have other tanks with spots in there. Bad customer service, when u go in the store you can barely get help in the fish department I always have to walk around to find someone. I brought some fancy guppies and put it in a different and now tho fish has spot getting on them As of 4/28/25 I’m still trying get my other tank back together, still doing treatment and water change as bottle recommended but I might still loose some more fish. On 6/23/25 I went back to the store to look at the fish about to give them another chance and the fish are sick and some have spots and there for sale even the feeder fish are dead at the bottom, I picked to prove it. Owner was hoping for me to come back I tried and it’s the same there please don’t get fish from there they will die and the store will say they don’t sell sick fish

I took my four month old Bernedoodle to get her shots today. I was a scared mother and she was a nervous puppy! Dr. Gina and her wonderful assistant (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) were the KINDEST and most considerate. They took such great care of her while giving her shots. Not to mention when I went to check out, the employees were so sweet. Trying to feed her doggie cookies and say hello to make her feel a little safer. They also found it funny how I had to drag her everywhere since she was too scared to walk haha.
Thanks so much for a memorable experience here, it really, truly means the world to know that my pup is in good hands.
