“I ordered 4 gallons of paint with the intention of using the curbside pickup service. When I got to the store, I realized that I had forgotten to add an item to my order. So, I went inside and was greeted by the employee named Andrew. Not only did Andrew greet me, he asked if I needed any help. I told him what I needed and also informed him that I was picking up an online order. He asked my name and what I ordered, then quickly got my order ready. He put the paint cans in a box and asked if I needed painter stirrers (I think I spelled that right...), which is something that I was not asked when I went to 2 other Sherwin Williams locations a couple of weeks ago. And as he was closing out my order, he asked if I needed anything else. As I was about to leave, I asked him if he had a cart that I could borrow to roll my items to the car. He gladly offered to take the stuff to my car. Thank you for the good customer service and a pleasant shopping experience!”
