Repeated customer. Lately, they don't respond to communications via their website messaging page nor their listed emails. I ended up making my purchases with another seller after waiting a couple of weeks for assistance and trying a couple of follow up emails.

I bought several computers from Odyssey for a business I was starting. Their computers have outlasted every other computer I bought from other refurbishers. The costumer service is very helpful, friendy and responds to emails in a timely manor. This is now the only place I buy refurbished from after having so many other issues with other retailors.

Bought a gaming tower as a Christmas gift for my son, and it arrived with no working video ports. Performed a troubleshoot with every port using multiple monitors and cables. The packing slip claimed to be "Checked by C.M." yet does not function. I would save your money and buy elsewhere. Quality will not be obtained here.

my cat broke my laptop screen. i need my laptop with me 24/7. they ordered a screen for me, called when it came in and installed it lightning fast. i won't go anywhere else.

Had my desktop repaired. Quick diagnosis and repaired all within about two business days.Desktop was making grinding noises and I initially thought it was either fan or disk. Turned out to be the cooler. Replaced with Corsair and price is not too bad.Looking to go back for another repair service soon.

I bought Dell 5500 from Odyssey computers through Amazon. When I opened the computer it has some discoloration on the keyboard. Instead of returning it to Amazon I contacted the company. They said they’re very sorry and asked me to return the laptop back to them. They sent me another clean and in excellent condition. For my inconvenience they surprised me by adding 32 RAM instead of 16 I had before. That’s EXCELLENT customer service. Keep up the EXCELLENT job!

I have used Odyssey over the past 10 years and they our the most honest and trustworthy company. My computer was having issues on Monday, they took my computer in and within several hours they called me with the issue. Unfortunately the part I needed would not be in until the end of the week. This is my company computer and I cannot operate it without my computer. They were able to remove my hard drive and put in a loaner for me so I could function. Thank you Odyssey Computer for saving the day!

This is the only place I shop for my computer needs. They get me what I need without overselling me on hardware and software I do not need. They also provide great service and repair. Excellent customer service.

I feel very positive for a recent online purchase of a refurbished tiny desktop. The box came professionally packed and included “fragile” labeling. When I called them with a question regarding a content item, customer service picked up immediately. Anna was very articulate and pleasant, and I even received a nice follow up note from Rabia in sales. I couldn’t be more pleased with the product and their exceptional staff.

5 star positive review for Odyssey Computers customer service! I recently purchased a refurbished HP Zbook laptop from Odyssey through Newegg at a very reasonable price. The laptop arrived, worked flawlessly as advertised, but had some minor mechanical issues that would have been hard to spot except by the end user. I understood I was purchasing a slightly used laptop, but concerned about these issues enough to contact Odyssey customer service by phone. It is common these days to be put on hold and get a run around -to my surprise and delight, Anna picked up on the 2nt ring and after hearing my concern, assured me Odyssey strives to ship quality products, apologized immediately for any inconvenience, sent me a return order and immediately had a replacement laptop on the way. Odyssey customer service stayed in touch making sure my new device arrived and was satisfactory. I'm now using my new (refurbed) Zbook, it's fitting my needs perfectly -including writing this review. I now tell my friends if you need a quality, affordable device, don't hesitate to check out Odyssey Computers! -Stasi

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Highly recommended!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Summary: Excellent customer service, products and prices.I recently purchased a few Intel AC 7265 M.2 WIFI cards from Odyssey Computers.I work on IOT stuff (e.g. esp32 modules) frequently so I didn't bother to buy the IPEX to SMA cables since I have a ton already.Unfortunately, when I went to install one of the cards, I ran into an issue, I couldn't my cables to the IPEX port on the card.I spent much longer than I'd like to admit trying to figure out what I was doing wrong, before I finally gave in and e-mailed Odyssey Computers to see if they could help me.I almost never use customer service because it is usually fairly unhelpful, but I am glad that I did in this instance,Customer service replied very quickly to my question and were really helpful and friendly (I didn't realize there were different sizes of IPEX connector?♂️.... I had IPEX1, and I needed IPEX4... It was a long day? ).Anyway, I got the correct cables and now the WIFI cards are installed and working perfectly.?Price, customer service and product quality were all superb. ?

I bought a computer from Amazon from this seller and there computer came with a bad battery but after talking to there amazing support there sending a brand new one there products are amazing and there customer support is super helpful I'd recommend this company

I bought a renewed microcomputer from Odyssey Computers through Amazon and am very pleased. It looks like new inside and out, and the one very minor issue that I had was resolved immediately when I contacted them. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely deal with them again.

Purchased a prebuilt PC from Odyssey Computers through Newegg on Black Friday & had a few minor issues upon arrival - definitely not unexpected.Anna from Odyssey’s Support Team was phenomenal; routed the request quickly & had resolution steps available soon after.All issues were able to be resolved promptly. Odyssey’s support team exceeded expectations set by the rest of the retail & service industry.

The Gabriel and the Odyssey crew's, customer service at this location was bar none. I went for because of the reviews that were left on google, but im going back due to the Odyssey team going out of the way to help me create a new pc Build. If you are looking to purchase a new pc or getting some help this is the place to go!!!The Team is welcoming and friendly. Hands down best experience I have had in a long time.
