Today I went to this department to buy. And the person who helped me was a thin elderly man. He is a racist. He told me to wait a long time there and when he came out to tell me hello and he didn't even answer and then I spent more time there without saying anything. Nothing and I asked him if he could help me, he never answered me or attended to me. A few minutes later he told me that there was no system. And that was it when I went out to the park. Afterwards he came out and said some racist words and he even shook his head... it doesn't matter. What race we are, we deserve good attention. When buying... I am Hispanic and that man is a Racist.

Heather and crew took care of us even though they were closing on New Year's Day and they were fast, efficient, and thorough getting us the right car battery. We were in and out in 10 minutes! Thank you!!

Never, ever shopping here for parts. Walk in and you have an old guy and some young woman who doesn't acknowledge that you exist. Both appear that they don't like being at work and feel inconvenienced whenever a customer walks in the door. I'd get better customer service from a suit of armor at Medieval Times.

Rude employees everytime, dont acknowledge you when you walk in and say hello, lacking customer skills overall.Have attempted to return parts and the old man wants to fight about having to do it, cant explain pricing break down on return since freight charge involved also.Drive to any other Napa.

Really bad customer service. Wish I could rate it at 0 starts. The guy behind the counter rolled his eyes at me when I ask if they had a part in stock. He keep mumbling and we had to ask him to repeat his reply. He was really rude and made us fell unwelcome. I will just order online. Or at another place.

99% of the time they have the part you are looking and if they don't have it in their store they can get from one of the other local NAPA parts stores or you can go pick it up yourself. The price are in line with other auto parts places

Do not buy Refurbished parts from here 3rd starter first starter was so loud. I know realized it ruined my flywheel. Napa isnt going to do anything about selling me bad parts that ruined my car.. This place is not a good parts place.Better luck on Rockauto.com
