Waited over 25-30 minutes in an empty bank for someone to attend to me, no other customers but me! Had 3 tellers and 2 men in their offices with only 1-2 customers entering in between that time frame. Ridiculous wait for a wire transfer only to find out they blocked me from entering my M&T account after I exited this location.Would not ever recommend coming into this branch office.

What is the purpose of having two poorly managed banks in such close proximity? At least the one closer to the mall is staffed adequately. The manager here would rather banter about tv shows than assist account holders. I've been thinking of changing banks and boy did today make me not think twice about making the shift. Don't ask your staff to do something you could do yourself. Why make us wait for something you can do when no one's around. Poor management is exemplary here.

It’s no surprise you have to be offered $250 to open an account at this place. I opened my account online, and upon receiving my debit card was astonished at fees such as out of network ATM fees. This means if I use a free ATM such as at Rofo I have to pay M&T a fee! I expressed this as my reason for closing my account in less than one month, to which they said they charge a $50 fee since the account was less than 6 months old. I went down to the street to see if I could possibly get the fee waived but all I got was attitude. This fee was deferred by the $250, however it’s just the principle of the matter.I suggest Capital One 360 if you aren’t able to become a member of USAA or a credit union. There’s a branch on Mountain road and they don’t charge $15 a month for inferior service.

They opened up the ATM drive thru lane to window users. I waited over 10 minutes for a customer using the window while in the ATM lane. They guy behind me gave up, and I did as well. After we both used the walk up ATM I saw the guy at the window in the ATM lane was still there. What bone heads. It's like letting a customer with 2 full carts of groceries go thru the 10 items or less express lane. Sure, great customer service for one customer at the expense of every real express customer.

This is the worst bank ever. Company and staff. The lady Kim in this branch was rude and not trying to listen to nothing. I had to leave cause she was gonna get 5 fingers. I will never use or go to M and T Bank again especially not this location.
