Been with M&T for few years now. I was having a few issues , went there this morning and was greeted by Michele. She did a wonderful job at clearing things up for me. Just wanna say ,Thank you for all your help Michele !

I entered the branch today to do a simple withdrawl. There were 3 workers behind the counter and one person being helped. Not a single person greeted me or asked me what I was there for. I stood around for a bit waiting to be acknowledged. I then took a seat trying to be patient. Finally I stood up back up closer to the counter waiting and still got completely ignored. Not a single employee spoke a word to me. Eventually a man came in and got helped immediately. Then another woman. It was almost as if I did not exist. I immediately closed my account. As someone who has worked in customer service and currently works at a bank, this was absolutely unacceptable. Your employees need training on how to acknowledge customers.

8/22/23I arrive at 9 am to be able to talk to manager and see a teller. One customer ahead of me.1 teller open.1 teller not opened yet. 9:27 I'm going out the door not able to see manager at this point. Teller 2 still not open. Thankfully no one came to drive .

M&T in Glen Burnie, and other M&T locations in my area decided to close early on the Friday before Christmas because it was cold. I'm not kidding. We arrived at 4:15 on 12/23/22 and the doors were locked. Employees were still in the building so I decided to call and someone picked up. When I asked why they were closing early two days before Christmas I was told it was because of the weather. I said that I was confused because our local forcast had called for very cold blustery weather but nothing more..NO SNOW OR ICE. Every other bank we drove past on the way home was open normal hours and was not closing early because of the cold. M&T bank should be ashamed for bailing on its customers the way it did. Talk about a lame excuse. Isn't this bank based out of Buffalo NY and yet you close up early on a Friday because its cold?! That's so weak....

One of the worst banks that ive ever done business with they are liars an swindlers an wont even help when they make a mistake on your account then make you deal with all the consequences. DON'T JOIN THIS BANK THEY WILL BURN YOU EVERY TIME.

Five stars to this branch only because of Cameron Wade, the Assistant Branch Manager. He is such a knowledgeable banker, always thinking of ways to go above and beyond to help his customers. I drive more than 10 miles to come to this branch only because of him. Thank you and continue the great work, Cameron! You re-affirm my faith in M&T.
