For the last three years we have been living in mountain ridge apartments we have had a few different problems where it has to taken us multiple times to reach out for anyone to help us. For months we have upstairs' neighbors who cause us nothing but havoc. We can’t sleep eat or even relax in peace without being rudely disturbed by our neighbors upstairs. We also have a back door that we can’t even properly open due to it being off tract for months now. Every time we go to speak with leasing office we get this man who is nothing but rude and tells us to call the police. Causing neighborly conflict instead of Trying to resolve the issue. The only person who has been an advocate for us is Whitney. Whitney has been the only employee to do anything about our situation and or problems. It’s not fair to her or us that we are the only ones trying to handle this situation. I feel like on multiple occasions we have had no effort in any changes in our issues we are experiencing in our apartment. We are highly upset about this and have asked multiple times for someone to take care of the issues we continue to face on a daily basis.

I wanna say thank you to Whitney and Mr. Lin wood. Thanks for all your help throughout this process. I can proudly say I am a resident of Mountain Ridge. It feels good to be able to call it home. Look forward to good stay at Mountain Ridge Apartments. Thanks again.

I just moved in a week ago, and I would have to give props to nice and quiet neighborhood here. The apartment looked clean and ready to be lived in. However, the AC unit has not been working properly since the day I moved in. It's July and there has been excessive heat these days. I thought that because the AC unit was turned off, it needed time to cool properly, but I've been having my worst nights with temperature above 90 degrees.
The worst day was on Saturday (yesterday), and I called emergency maintenance to get this solved ASAP. They said that they're going to send someone, but they did not arrive. I called again and they said that they need a medical notice from my doctor stating that I cannot be in hot places (Is this even legal?), otherwise I would have to wait until Monday. I'm afraid that I'm going to have to spend another very hot night inside. Is this how you receive new residents?

(Update) ms.Whitney saved the day and saved alot of people from getting cussed out. Not only did she return my call and asked what the situation was she had someone out immediately. If you need anything done don’t call the corporate number call the office. Lesson learned. Because of her my review will go from one star to three. She deserves a raise.
So a/c unit goes out in a heat wave …I have a one year old with asthma…I call the emergency maintenance line and the operator tells me because I don’t have my child registered with the medical condition. (first time I ever heard of this)I can’t get service till Monday..it’s a Friday so you mean to tell me I have to I have to deal with an emergency heat advisory with a one year old that has asthma. Y’all dropped the ball real big this time.

We have already been 3 times and they never solve us, they always ask us for a different paper, they do not want to help us, and two more times we have gone and it is closed and online it says that it is open and there is no one, I do not recommend this place, the service is bad and no There are people who help, they should fix that problem if they want someone to rent an apartment because they are irresponsible and why treat a client badly for so many pretexts, it is better to say they don't want to rent these apartments, don't waste your time there.

If I could give 0 stars I would!My sister & I were new move-ins at Mountain Ridge Apartments. We were moved into a unit that wasn't safe, and had a lot of issues. The back door lock was badly damaged (as if there has been break-ins) & the only way to keep it shut was the metal bar. Every single window was screwed shut and the ventilation smelt foul. We did not feel comfortable or safe and expressed that concern. The A/C didn't work because there was a leak ( the temperature got down to 80 degrees from 95). They finally sent someone out after 3-4 days of calling and putting in tickets and blatantly let us know that they were ignoring us, when we finally got through to someone in the office. Everything should have been tested and ensured to be properly working prior to our move in date, especially in the middle of summer when temperatures are reaching into the 90s and hotter. They do walk-throughs after every tenant has vacated the premises, to see damages to the property. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Me and my sister are waiting to speak with corporate because we couldn't occupy the unit due to the high temperatures! They had us move out on July 4th without any accommodations for their inconvenience, not only that...but they tried to "supercede" us into another unit because ours was deemed inhabitable. This other unit was dirty and had no patio/balcony like we had already paid for, the blinds were dirty and ripped, the carpet was nasty and there were bugs present. We were so disgusted we immediately declined. The 2nd option was for us to pay more money for a top floor unit (that wasn’t ready), which I didn't think was right since they caused the inconvenience due to them not doing their jobs correctly. I also have their employee talking badly about the company and the unit they placed us in, all while also stealing from me on camera. They will pretend they don't know about the issues in their units to cheat you! Find somewhere better!
