Came in to purchase a work phone. The beautiful young lady at the counter had great customer service and was very efficient. I was in and out and received a free pair of Bluetooth headphones with my purchase. Thank you!

Terrible customer service, they never know anything, they can never do anything, I've been there many times because it's closest to me and easy to get to, they don't give me a solution, I had bought my phone there and it stopped working 2 months after I bought it, I went So they could help me, I bought a new phone back and I wanted the same number, they told me that they didn't do that, that I couldn't get the number back... and well, I've come back for other situations and they still can't do anything, I won't be back. Never go to that place again.

Super easy to get a new sim/card and line for my unlocked phone.Was in amd lut of there very quickly.Went so smoothly, I decided to inquire about the 5G gateway and ended up getting the service.If you're renting a room and not trying to deal with the hassle of having a new line run, etc, I definitely recommend their 5g internet. It's free to try out for 15 days to see if it's the right fit for your location.
