This place is an absolute scam. They charged me 50 dollars to activate my new phone but once i went to another metro pcs store nearby it was only 25 dollars.

An employee charged me more than $50 dollars to activate my phone. I went to another metro pcs nearby and I got charged $20 dollars. Do not go here they steal from you he lied and tried to make me pay cash and charged me for using card. The male employee is a liar and scams you.

I came here to buy a mobile and Mr. Junaid gave me the perfect phone based on my needs....... He even gave me a chair to sit near his desk as I’m an elderly. woman and can’t stand for long. He treated me very kindly, asked about my wellbeing.. I laughed a lot It was a good experience with him. He has a great attitude and a funny nature..

Absolutely horrific. Needing a new phone. Can not understand hardly anything the girl was saying. She would talk one price then switch to another price. I'll never go back. And I have several accou.ts and lines for my family. After 14 yrs. Will soon be switching to a new carrier. For all accounts.

Very unprofessional place. I will say that the fault is mine for getting a tablet that I didn't really want but returning the tablet was a hassle when it shouldn't have been. I had purchased the tablet on the 23rd, and took it back today, the 27th. At first, the employee who was on the videocall with another employee who said that they didn't accept refunds/returns despite it being policy and within the first 14 days of purchase.
In fact, the employee with approval of the one on the phone, said
for me to call the customer service line and cancel through them and I could keep the tablet.
Perplexed since one that would be fraud/theft of product, and two) the flat out refusal of a refund despite the store policy.
I stood outside store and called and talked to customer service, they told me that it was policy, and the store that I purchased the tablet from should carry out the refund, the cancellation, etc. I went back inside and told them what customer service told me.
After being told that, the employee finally gave a refund. When I asked about cancelling my tablet line, she said to again, contact customer service. Fed up and doing that, I was told by the customer service that I would need to cancel the line in store since the line hasn't been in service in 30 days.
The online rep has been wonderful and helpful as they can be whenever I have a problem, but the in person experiences has always been awful.
TLDR: I'm stuck with a line on my account that I don't want since I didn't like the tablet because the employees don't want to do their job properly.

I went to the store to upgrade my phone they give me the new phone with a new number and they told me come after 4 days so we can switch your old number to the new phone and they charge me $233 but the phone was free they over charged me and now they are closed from the last 7 days.I need someone to help me in this

If I could give zero stars I would this place will overcharge you start a new account in your name by using your first and middle name without you knowing and then you're dealing with customer service and this and that for hours on end because they do things illegally and overcharge you The store supposed to be closed down soon so hopefully they do close it immediately because they are the biggest liars and overcharge for things that are completely wrong I went to another store and they showed me the exact same thing that I got for less than half of what I had to pay and on top it I can't even use the phones that I got at the moment because customer service can't do anything so it's being sent up to corporate then on top of it they tell me to come back on Monday to switch my numbers onto my new phones and come to find out their doors are locked and the other Metro store down the street said that that store hasn't been open in 3 days so I guess they just screw people for a few days straight and then open up for a couple of days and then close so you can't come back and then just give up while I'm not giving up and it's already going up to corporate I spent three and a half hours on the phone earlier with Metro they lie overcharge and make accounts using your first and middle name when all you are trying to do is upgrade your phone. I got the phones on March 19 25 and was told to come back Monday March 24 25 for the free table and to put the new phones on my numbers that I already have had since 2016 and I go there today and the door is locked and they are closed so I go to another store and find out that they over charged me and also have been closed the past 3 days. I call coustermer service and find out they opened a new account using my first and middle name and that I can't get the tablet now because that deal is over so after 3 hours on the phone it's being taken up to corporate and they are calling me back in 24 to 48 hours. I also talked to the main rep for T-Mobile for this area while I was at the other store he called him on speakerphone and apparently they've done this to multiple people and they are supposed to be pretty much being shut down because of the way they do things and rip people off and everything else so hopefully corporate makes it right

Very bad customer service, this day I went with my brother to this store... the girl who was there did not have updated information on the plans and services, because she gave wrong information, and she also had a bad attitude in general, until My brother told him that costumer services of metro by timobile. He was lying about the information he was providing just to end and that he will end the call......

Came in to purchase a work phone. The beautiful young lady at the counter had great customer service and was very efficient. I was in and out and received a free pair of Bluetooth headphones with my purchase. Thank you!
