Staff was friendly. Bathroom was kind of dirty and the rooms felt kind of sterile like a doctors office. However the massage was great. They offer military discounts and my husband and I became members.

Had a full body massage with Lucas, was extremely respectful and tentative to my problem areas! I will definitely be returning for another session.

I had an appointment with Tiara. She is just excellent! Tiara goes out of her way to take care of you in a respectful way. It is obvious she cares about her clients. I wish I could say the same for the reception staff. I am a good customer and go often. I pay monthly as everyone does. I called in the morning to clarify the cost. I was prepared to cancel if necessary. I was given the wrong information. I was told I could use my remaining massage as payment, apparently that was incorrect. When I was leaving I was made to feel like I was trying to pull a fast one by one of the front deskI explained I had called earlier in the day and was told the cost of todays visit based on my available massages.This is not the first time there has been issues for me due to misinformation from reception. They all give different information and then it is your fault for believing the misinformation you weregiven. They should all be telling you the same exact thing about anything you ask, every single time. It is called being on the “same page” then there is no room for mistakes. Their reception needs to get it together. If it was not for Tiara I would not continue to go to this massage envy.

Had a prenatal massage scheduled with Tiara for 7pm. They left me sitting in the waiting room till 7:20 only for them to bring me out front to tell me Tiara was refusing to do my massage because I had one the week prior. If it was a problem why was I allowed to schedule my next appointment for the following week. The wasted my time and gas. If she was uncomfortable doing my massage I should have received a call at some point during the day. They had all day considering my appointment wasn’t till 7pm. If you do go to this massage envy I would recommend scheduling with anyone other than Tiara.

I only pick 1 star because I wanted to be able to write this review. This plays customer service management sucks. I had an appointment on Tuesday, May 16 at 7 PM came in for the appointment did not feel well. Let the front desk and the therapist know I didn’t feel well thought I was rescheduling is what I air whe. I spoke with the front Desk (Man ) and he said he would reschedule me for that same week on Thursday at 6:30 came in and was charged a fee because I rescheduled because I was sick. Please do not use their services there unprofessional They have no empathy and they don’t care. All they want is your money

Do not join a monthly membership at this location, it's a scam! You will end up paying to get massages elsewhere because they can't honor your monthly here but the money will continue to come out of your account!!I've been on a membership for many years as I have a muscle issue that requires deep tissue to unknot, I would call to schedule & they'd get me in the next day, or at least within 3 or 4 days max. But in these last few months I would call when I needed it & be told their next availability was weeks or over a month away! Muscle knot issues obviously aren't predictable as to when they occur so scheduling massages weeks or months in advance is pointless and was not a clause in the contract I signed. The final straw was when I called Feb 24th because I couldn't turn my neck and was told their 1st available wasn't until April 4th! Thats 6 weeks away! So I wasnt granted massages in Feb or March but they still took my money for those months they couldn't get me in!So once again, I had to pay an outside masseuse so now I can move my neck again and told Massage Envy I'm canceling. But here's the kicker. I have 5.5 massage credits left (that's 5.5 times M.E. had no availability that I had to pay outside techs, so double pay.) But the cancelation contract reads you only have 60 days from cancelation to use your credits. M.E. is breaching their own contract because in doing the math, if I cancel Feb 24th but the 1st availability they have to use my 5.5 credits is April 4th, then not only are they not supplying the 60 days as per contract, I will then have 2 additional massage credits building in those 2 months they had no availability. So, that's 7.5 massages I'm be forced to use in 3 weeks time! I figured the manager could help, but not only was she incompetent with giving me the wrong department in corporate but her advice was, 'you should always book a few days ahead of time'? She proved my entire case! That Massage Envy should have the ability for their clients to schedule a few days ahead of time and never have to pay monthly fees for months they have no availabilities but they wont honor that! (Also proves she didn't even read the cancellation contract amendment or email I wrote explaining the situation).I'm finally in touch with the correct corporate department for compensation but any business that charges you for a service they can't provide but will not refund your monthly money when they can't provide should not be in business.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. Leon is AMAZING!!! He's super attentive to the areas that are most bothersome and his hands are magical! I will definitely be coming back!

I am a paying monthly member. My county had a 2 hr delay due to weather. Freezing rain. They wouldnt let me reschedule without a 50% charge. Maddie was the rudest person! I asked for the general mgr info, they refused to give it to me. She said I can’t give her info out, I said there’s no email, she said nope. She said if I can make it to work it’s onmy freezing rain you can too. I said I have my children home , I can’t come in with my kids. She said sure you can just leave your kids in the lobby. Are you kidding me?

I signed up for a massage subscription with these guys a few months before COVID struck, and they made no effort to remind me I was subscribed up until my card expired. That's over two years I could have been totally dead and no change to them. Bad ethics, don't subscribe.
