Today I had a very unpleasant experience with the Manager of this store, his name is GLENTON and an employee named TRISHA, I bought a mattress online and it arrived defective, I contacted support to return it and they informed me to return it to the GLEN store BURNIE, when I arrived at this store the Manager GLENTON was rude and disrespectful, he did not even allow me to explain what had happened, 0 stars for Lowe’s, Glenton and Trisha (The last two should be sent back to elementary school again).

Lowes in general is better than home depot but I did an online order went 30 min out of my way to go there then I was told I had to go way up to white marsh to pick up this order?? My invoice said it was in Glen Burnie I cancelled the order.

Bought a refrigerator. Due to the large selection, it took a while to narrow down our final pick. Lawrence was very pleasant and helpful when we needed him to provide some finite details. Will definitely go back for our next appliance purchase.

Hello Bryon here again,I have been in construction for 40 years and Lowe’s has always been geared towards the homeowner. Meaning they have all your basic needs for hairy homeowner repairs. And Home Depot is geared towards the contractor construction worker if you need a light go to Lowe’s if you need the minute, inner workings of the light go to Home Depot . Thank you. This store was very clean and the customer service reps were all helpful. Everyone was cheerful and Happy to be working in this store. I felt like shopping during my visit at this location. Enjoy asked me if they could help me find what I was looking for. I was shocked, but they took me to the item I needed. Best experience ever at any store. Thank you for the excellent shopping experience.

I visiting store many times but they never smile to clients or said hi or bye or minimum thank you for your visiting ,If they don’t care the clients , how the manager running this store if they never asked you if you need help ???9/30/23. 2:00 pm visiting again but they don’t have any shopping cart for pro contractors close to the store hart to find one , home thepot have very close to the entering doors.

A support worker came up chewing food with her mask down and decided to choose which option I wanted for how my receipt would print. Not only was my money, that had been dispersed for cash back in my hand still, but I couldn’t select the email optionaI wanted. This made me incredibly upset. I didn’t ask for her aid - she just chose to do it. What the actual hell?!!This location has had numerous infractions and violations of my personal space, endangerment of my personal safety too many times to count.

Not that bad on pricing, the staff is so helpful and friendly. They work with you if you need something done. I was surprised that everything I bought was at the time on sale, or just lower priced than others like Home Depot. Will be going again.

Went in for a backpack blower for the yard. Ask 2 employees about getting the blower, it's locked up. They call over the intercom for any other employee to help me. Waited for 15mins in the aisle and no one came. Why does basic customer service continue to get worse and worse. I'll go buy the more expensive one from your competition.

Lowe's is only a couple of minutes from me. They have good prices for what you need for your home. I also get my water from there. I got 5 cases of 32 bottles of Niagara for $26.

Lowe's is my friendly neighborhood hardware store. They give veterans discounts on almost everything but lumber. Their new pickup service allows me to shop online and pay, then when a store worker has gathered everything, they send me a message to come pick it up.

The worst store ever. Installation fence process is the worst. I will not do business with Lowe’s againThey didn’t install the fence I have no product because they charge 20% to cancel because they didn’t have their permit. This how they make money nowI will not shop at any Lowe’sHope you don’t get ripped offBecause this the way they think to make money.

The two gentleman that I asked help for a kind of clueless we end up finding what we're looking for on our own but we went to self checkout and the reason why I gave five Stars is because the female employee there was very courteous she said hello she thanked us and welcomed us back. The funny thing is the soil is $8.00 a bag but you can get 2 for $16.00 now that's a deal lol.

This is not a bad store to get plants at. I prefer it to the Home Depot down the road for that. My issue with this Lowe's is that every time I have ordered anything there online (3 or 4 times) something is messed up. They message me to tell me the order is ready for pickup and then I get there and its not ready or it takes them over a week to fill an order that was supposed to be ready the next day. The worst one was when I went there to pick up an order that was "ready" and two of the things were missing. I waited for over an hour for someone to fill it. It got to be so long that the girl at the counter finally said I could just go grab it off the shelf. It would have been so much faster just to show up and get it rather than order online.
