I HOPE this gets to the Manager or the Owner of This particular store in Glen Burnie because I just want to say with my whole heart that I was treated SOOO VERYYY NICELY & ABOVE & BEYOND by the ladies Trish or Tricia(she has pretty blue hair)& Also the other lady name Vicki that works with her at the Very front of the store at the customer service counter. I came in to look for something & the young lady & Trish/Tricia helped me by pointing me in the right direction & I didn't see it & then Vicki looked it up to help assist me to find Exactly what I wanted. We Both went to the aisle & it wasn't on the floor but instead it was up on the VERY TOP shelf & Vicki generously went to get the step ladder to climb up Safely to get it for me just so I can be satisfied to get what I came for & I'm telling you I REALLY DO APPRECIATE THEM BOTH & I Seriously HOPE & PRAY they get NOTICED & REWARDED for this bcos Every store don't have Great staff that Literally greet you & Also help assist you like way they did just to make sure I was happy. I was put First & Treated VERY NICELY WITHOUT A DOUBT & They're Always sweet to many others & greet them with the same respect & hospitality just like they gave me. This is my regular store that's near me that I go to for the things I need & I Wouldn't want this to go Unmentioned or Unrecognized when they BOTH
definitely should be recognized for their hard team work & that's what it's all about....Thanks So much ladies, You're the Best!!? ? ???

Looking for plumbing supplies. The parts found in store didn't have the same part # as listed in catalog on site. This needs to be fixed! I could never cross reference anything. Why sell repair parts if the catalog doesn't have the same part number as noted on the parts.

I bought an Ego trimmer online and picked it up at the store. I had to wait five minutes after checking in for service. The trimmer is great and it was easy to assemble.

Very clean store. Including the parking lot. Carts in the Corral not all over the place. Very nice to walk in the front and have an employee there to greet you and send you to what your looking for. Very pleasant place to shop. A+
