The only thing I do not like is that they do not have anyone that is ever at the gym. I would feel safer when going by myself.

Nothing much just simple no classes or amenities. So You pay for what you get which is $9.99 a month. Also it's not far from the house. I typically get there around 7:00 and is usually a few people which I love. In the evening times and Saturdays are the most crowded times.

Besides the annoying women who come in at 5:00am and take up the entire gym... it's not a bad gym

A real 24/7 gym with everything you need. There’s a Living Fit workout plan, using 12 exercise machines to create or maintain a workout program. It’s relatively clean with a cleaning lady who comes in weekly or biweekly. It’s the most crowded from 4 pm to 7 pm. Come in and do the work.

It's a simple, low priced gym with everything you need. Treadmills, tons of free weights, and the basic machines. There's a bathroom and changing rooms; no showers but I always go home and shower after the gym anyways. Plus you can't beat $8/month.

The business model is 100% communication contactless. I know it's only 7 bucks a month but there is no phone number or email address on the website. How does a member cancel their membership?? If you take money, you should take a phone call or email.

Went here with a friend at 1pm. Luckily the place was practically empty so it was great. It's a little packed after 5pm but other than that it's cheap and wonderful :)

For 8 bucks a month you can't beat it. Could go for a bit of a refresher but overall love going here.

A few of the treadmills were broken. Everytime I go something doesn't work. Other than that it is pretty good.

This place is amazing and the coaches are absolutely awesome. They care about their students and keep everyone motivated. Always a fun and effective workout!! I would highly recommend this box to anyone looking to improve their fitness and nutrition.
