Stopped by with my friend to purchase a couple graded Pokemon we saw online. Waited in the store by the glass counter for over 25min and was never once spoken to by any of the staff.
There was an event going on so I gave a bit of grace, but not a single employee even said hello. Took our business elsewhere and purchased a couple thousand dollars in graded cards.

I called ahead and asked for a product. They gave me a green light saying they had the product. I ordered the product then drove 60 plus miles to pick up said product just to be told that they didn't have it and they made a mistake. Wasting my time and money. This place deserves 0 stars for their unprofessionalism.

I am new to the trading card world, my brother recommended level up as he frequents there. I have been going for a few months now, as I have turned into a Lorcana collector. The staff members are great, always very welcoming and very knowledgeable. It’s a great vibe every time I’ve been there, and I plan on continuing to do business with them. Hoping to offload some bulk soon.

Staff was great unfortunately I’m pretty sure packs are resealed I got 4 packs all had the same cards? I can see 2 packs MAYBE… but all 4 same exact cards front to back maybe just a freak incident… welp maybe a first time for everything. Probably won’t be back though

Was just there today with my two boys -- 8 and 4 -- buying Pokemon cards and chatting with the staff. Great folks there and will be back!

Great first time experience. Had looked on their website and decided to drive up to see it in person. Glad I did. Walked out with the items I came for plus more. Staff was friendly and worked with me on a few items. Will definitely be back again. Pokemon, Magic, Yugioh, One piece and Lorcana. Had it all.

The store is amazing! So happy work brought me down to Glen Burnie as I’m normally not down here. I’ll be doing my Pokémon and YuGiOh shopping here from now on! Such an awesome selection of products and so many cool singles to see. My wife loves the nostalgic Nintendo products and shiny Pokémon card singles too! Certainly don’t mind the drive from Essex to come here!Accidentally left my old review on the previous business at the locationUpdate 12/09/23My wife was overcharged $2 for each Crown Zenith pack based off their currently value. Also, I wanted to buy some Dragon Shield sleeves and a Dogmatika Ecclesia Ulti out of the case. I also asked man that was helping me about the Rarity Collection Ulti’s they have I could purchase. He said I’d have to type that in on the website. No problem, so I went and sat at one of the tables for about 5 minutes making a list of the ones I wanted to buy. I came back and waited at the case, no one came to help. Turns out he went out into the crowd of people to play a duel? …..I’m pretty sure customer service takes precedence over recreation. It’s a shame the service has fallen so far over a year.
