Don’t check in by phone on the email they send it doesn’t go through i had to walk into the store and check in there what a waste of time

Wait time was horrible despite having an appointment. The door is frosted out so no one comes when you knock to help you. Don’t schedule on your lunch hour like I did. You won’t make it back to work on time.

I had an 8:30 am appointment. The technician walked in at 8:45. She called two walk-ins before my appointment. I asked her why she was doing that and she replied “that’s how im doing it”. Rude and very unprofessional.
