On the way home from work my wife had a blowout destroying two (2) tires. Mr. Eric Rug squeezed us into his very busy schedule. Making it possible that we only missed one (1) day of work. Thank you Eric. Excellent Customer Service.

Be Aware of this place..My husband went here Saturday afternoon to get a tire. We received our tire and he drove home, we are only 5min away..didn't drive sunday..headed out for work Monday got on highway and my tire started making a awful noise..rode back to just tires & they said I would have to wait till next day to have it checked..got home took a look & the guy at just tires hadn't tighten the bolts on my tire , they were very loose..this place is a joke & is going to get someone seriously hurt with the awful work they do !!!!! STAY AWAY FROM JUST TIRES ON RITCHIE HIGHWAY

I just had one of the most amazing CS experiences in my life with Stephan at this location.
I came in worried about a tire sensor that had come on.
He proceeded to scan the sensors and determined that my tires were over inflated to the point that it triggered a sensor. He bled off the tires and set the correct pressure.
When I went to pay, he just laughed and stuck out his hand for a handshake!
How often does this happen. Not only does it say a lot about Stephen, it also speaks volumes about a company that hires people like him.
Nothing inspires customer loyalty like an interaction like this.
I will be recommending this business to anyone who listens, and be back with more business that I can pay you for in the future.

Please beware! These techs do not want to work. I had a nail in my tire so I went to Just Tire on Ritchie Hwy to see if it could be removed. I arrived around 8:15 am and was told they would like to keep my car. I thought that was odd but agreed and provided my contact info. Hours pass with no update so I call to see if I can pickup my car. I am told that after 5 hours they are unable to plug the tire and they typed the wrong phone number so could not reach me. They suggested instead I buy 2 new tires from them. I declined and picked my car up immediately. I went to another place near me and I swear the tech jacked my car up with me still in the drivers seat and removed the nail and patched. I was on my way in 15 minutes. DO NOT GO TO JUST TIRE TO GET A NAIL REMOVED OR ANYTHING ELSE. The people there do not want to work and there are no seasoned techs onsite. They are all trying to get away with doing the least amount of work. Its sad what things have become.

Service was okay… I was quoted 45 minutes to a hour to mount and balance one tire. I ended up having to wait over two hours and when my car was returned the steering wheel and shifter were covered in dirt and brake dust from the mechanic

Had an appointment and still took 4 and a half hours to change tires. They will find a way to charge you at least a little something more.

I had a screw in my tire. Came in on 04JUN2024. It was too close to the side wall, so had to be replaced entirely. They didn't have the tire, had to get it from their warehouse in the morning. They assured me the tire would get in and they would have it replaced well before I needed it around 3:00 pm on 05JUN2024. I arrived at 3:25 pm on 05JUN, but they hadn't done anything at all yet. They said "give me 15 minutes". They didn't touch my tire until 4:02 pm. That being said, the technician did everything he was supposed to do, in the correct way. Their technicians are competent, but you can't take the shop at it's word for timeliness. They were very apologetic about the delays, so for that and their competency I give them 3 stars. They're okay, but they made me late for work.

Had a 3pm appointment I was told it would take about 30-45mins to repair a nail in my tire. I sat in the lobby for over an 1.5 hours. Watching my truck sitting with said tire still attached to my truck. While watching two technicians smoking and joking for 20 mins. At this point I asked the person behind the desk what is the point of an appointment. I asked for my keys and drove down the road to Mr. Tire they had me in and out within 30 mins. I should have gone to Mr. Tire 1st. Lesson learned never again will o got to just tires. Also the company I work for has fleet management I will now inform my whole team not to go to just tires and send our business to Mr. Tire.
