Paid 1600 for 4 brand new tires, rear brakes and rotors. Also paid for an alignment which clearly was not done and i left several messages about it. No follow up calls, scanning phone calls so no one answer when I call. Id go back directly but I don't want them touching my truck again. Unprofessional, and scammers. Avoid at all costs

Do not go here very dishonest. Replaced catalytic converter and alternator 1600 dollars then told to clean the other one . Converter After 2000 dollars they said the engine is blown. Now my car has been towed off there lot and no one will talk me, thec
Service guy hung the phone up on me. Now they are lien my car.Mind you this a very fast sports car convertible. They are just waiting keep my car and drop an engine in it.

We were traveling to Delaware and almost to the Bay Bridge and started hearing a thumping in our F150. We turned around and thought we’d head home however it started getting worse and we knew we wouldn’t make it an hour and a half! We have AAA’s so we pulled off the interstate. However a tow truck wasn’t an answer because we had our 2 pit bulls with us. And so we stopped at a highs store and the girl recommended Johnny and Gore. We called and the voice on the other end couldn’t have been more calming and helpful! Gave us directions and told us how to get there. We pulled in at 8:57 my husband spoke to a gentleman, they test drove and said it was a wheel bearing and brakes. They could fix us! Sent someone to get the parts, while we walked our dogs. It was a very busy road and intersection and our dogs were terrified. They let us sit in the truck with them while they did the work. In exactly 2 hours we were on the road and headed to our shorehouse!! I would recommend them to anyone!! Squeezing us in, did brakes, rotors and a wheel bearing, reasonably priced and so so courteous and professional! Thank you to all of the mechanics that said hello, including the owner and talked about his Boxer dog ?. And thank you to the secretary who made it all possible!! You were an Angel!

I trust this business with all my car needs. I first started going here when I moved to the Glen Burnie area and kept going because of friendly owner, staff and customer service. I’ve had everything done from oil changes, to breaks and spark plugs etc. They are honest, reliable and reasonably priced too!

Horrible service if you’re a minority. Got told they do not operate by appointments and that 1 car was ahead of me. Later comes out and says 5 cars are ahead of me. Found out it happens to a lot of minorities.

Place is no good they ruined a good ran family business. Johnny has passed away and with him all the value of good business sense is gone now just gore.Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Would not go here been here 3 times for coolant leak which they claim they fixed it each time 1 month later I got a blown head gasket from the coolant leaking again they charged me over 2000 for the problems over the course of the 3 visits for the car not be fixed now now I’m out of a car that has only 110k miles on it … then they said wanted to charge me 5k for new engine in which it’s there fault the head gasket is blown…
