I stopped in over the weekend to shop for more work clothes. I had issues finding dress pants with beltloops and in my size. Other than that, I was able to find a ton of new work shirts (probably more than I needed)! They finally had one dressing room open in the women's active section. I believe there were three rooms. Because they did not have all of there dressing rooms open a line began forming. There were a ton of clearance racks which I was able to find a few items on. Upon checkout I was greeted by Brenda. She was very friendly and sociable. She offered me a store credit card to obtain a discount which I declined. She made sure before taking my payment that she applied the coupon that I mentioned I had. Thank you for the great service!

RECEIVED THE WORST SERVICE AT THE PORTRAITS! I was barely 8 min late for the appointment. I am 9 months pregnant and that lady was so rude. She decided to take a break because I was 8 min late. I searched everywhere for her, talked to various employees but she was MIA taking a break when she's supposed to work. At least have some respect. Stay in your work area so if customers are late (they don't mean to be late...but sometimes things happen!!!!), they can find you!! She made me wait for 45 min and then still didn't take my pictures. 9 months pregnant and drove 40 minutes for this piece of **** service!

I'm writing as a customer of the JC Penney "professional" photos that were taken. I use professionally loosely. Now, I was not expecting a world renowned photographer, but I was expecting someone that wasn't just going through the motions when my 2 year old was posing for pictures. The "photographer's" energy...negative energy was palpable. You could see it in my daughters expression and demeanor. Our photographer was so unexcited...it showed in my daughter's pictures. She literally snapped one picture with the hair in my daughter's eyes and didn't re-snap another picture with the same pose--minus the hair in eye. She didn't even mention the hair! She asked my daughter to get in positions like on her stomach with her hands behind her head, but asked it in a very unanimated way. Visualize a robot with no emotion or expression saying, "lay on your back with your hands behind your head". It was crazy. I am truly disappointed and will just pay the extra money for an actual photographer that cares about the pictures they take. I really wanted to be excited about the pictures, but instead, I'm super disappointed. My husband and I were excited and animated, but my daughter sees that all the time. The photographer needed to put in more effort. Period. I would try another JC Penney location.

Had hair highlighted and cut on a Saturday and the girl rushed through it. Didn’t even wait for the dye I o set b fore rinsing and barely cut anything off my hair. Called next day to complain, went back to salon to get fixed(inconvenient) and after paying full price for a service I never received, I was told I had to chose between getting highlights corrected or a haircut. I will never go back!

I shop here frequently. Admittedly, you may have to invest some time browsing to find what you need. I rarely see associates on floor offering assistance, but the cashiers are very pleasant and helpful. Get the most value combining coupons with sale prices; get on their mailing list. You can find great deals in clearance sections too.

I used to love this jcpenny's. Well the last 3 times I came here I was disappointed. They have hardly any clothes in my daughters size... I mean anything for girls between 2t and 5t! Now today I went there and it was a disaster! First they had 3 rows of clearance where the toddler/ baby clothes normally are. I love digging through clearance for good deals BUT this was horrible. It was baby toddler kids and adult ALL mixed together couldn't even go by the tag on the top of the hangers bc they were on the wrong hangers... quickly I gave up on that and went to find something to use a $10 off $10 on. Literally couldn't even find anything to buy for a long time bc it was so mixed up. At one point, I was walking to the register and stopped to look at a middle rack... I couldn't even get to the other side of the rack bc it wasn't in the middle... literally had 1 foot maybe between that and a pole! Terrible terrible experience! I will go to kohl's next time. Disappointingly I had placed an online order for in store pick up since they didn't even offer free shipping to home with a & 84 order! Now I have to come back when the orders in but won't be getting anything else.

Went to store picked up a few shirts before out the country trip got home to pack to find they left the security tag on. Drove all the way back no sorry or anything. Guess that's how much I'm valued as a customer.

My review is based on our experience at the photo studio. We scheduled an appointment for my toddler son & our session started right on time! My son wasn't "cooperating", but the ladies were extremely patient & sweet to him! They made him laugh long enough to get some great pictures! I would definitely recommend this location.

Ask for Rita!! I got a haircut with her, and was unsure of what I wanted. She helped me find the perfect length and style and I can say I like having short hair now! It feels super trendy. She also showed me ways to style it!

I've had terrible service lately at the Glen Burnie location. Sales representative's are rude and lazy. I placed an order on October 8, 2017 and as of today hasn't shipped and still processing, which no one can give an explanation on why it's taken 12 days lost in translation. I've asked for a refund but won't be credited for 3-5 days. Haven't you had my money long enough for an order still processing? Terrible Terrible customer service both in person and customer service hotline couldn't be more RUDE and unhelpful! I wouldn't even give one star!

I had my hair dyed twice so far and my beautician is Chrissy. She is great. I got what I asked for and she did exactly what I asked. In the past I had beauticians do what they wanted which has made me very paranoid. I recently had to change from who I was using because she retired and I was afraid to trust anyone else. Chrissy had me at ease from the start and I will go where ever she goes! Great experience.

I work at this salon, so obviously I'm going to rate high. I'm only writing this review to clear up a prior accusation about "frying off someone's hair." Ma'am according to service records at the salon you did not receive any chemical service, you recieved hair extensions. If the records are wrong, so be it and I apologize for saying otherwise. The service you recieved was sew in hair extensions, not a perm so I'm unsure as to how your hair is severely damaged. Also if I recall correctly you recieved a refund because you were so unhappy with your service. (Which was a beautiful sew in, I saw pictures of it. But I understand it was a first time for you and maybe it wasn't what you expected it to be.) If you happen to see this review I would be more than happy to offer you a complimentary conditioning treatment to help get your hair back in healthy shape!
