I went today to purchase some paint & decided to get a tree while there. Best experience I ever had at Home Depot. The associate Deon went above & beyond to make sure my tree was secured to the car I was driving before I pulled off. Thank you!

This place has gone down hill fast, in store pick up was not able to be found and I was told to come back later or go get the items myself. Then I guess because they consider me a employee now I got check myself out while 3 employees did absolutely nothing but talk about how hard it was to work black Friday. Oh and the magnet locked the cart and not one of them flinched to help. Horrible experience, go to lowes less than a mile away. It's worth it not to give this place any revenue for subpar products and management. They don't even try to help

Hello, this is Bryon again,I visit Home Depot two out of three days, I know where 95% of all the items are. Parking is always available and if you are going to Home Depot in on you sure what you need. Look it up online. Because associates are normally busy or understaffed. but for variety 99% chance they will have what you need. We lost a great hardware store in Linthicum that was family-owned but corporate is taking over the world lol thank you for reading and until next time, Godspeed!

I am not sure how they have a 4 star rating. Maybe if you don't need help and can find things yourself. My fiance spent 2 hours in this location and was ignored by multiple "employees " when he asked for help with something on a higher shelf. It was a larger item and he couldn't get it down.But not only this, when he went to the customer service desk, there was a gentleman there that was picking up an online order that they apparently lost and wouldn't try to find. He eventually gave up and left. But my fiance stayed calm and polite the entire time and was still ignored and when he did talk to someone they would walk away and not come back to help.This location is so convenient because it's only a few min from our home. But we're going to have to go somewhere else now. They need to restaff the entire place. Why is it so difficult for people to the very basics of their jobs?

I am appalled by the fact that in the garden department they don’t have people to help with loading mulch for customers. This is the ordnance road location..I am a 71 year old woman who went in the store today needing 8 bags of mulch. I am very limited in lifting heavy objects. So I asked for help.The help they sent was an elderly woman! I think she said she was 63!!I needed them loaded also in my car. I felt bad because I could not help outMy question is, all these young guys all inside Home Depot can’t come out to the garden place to help load mulch? I see guys standing around in there doing nothing half the time..This lady should not have to lift heavy bags of mulch!!Sad that Home Depot works their employees this way. A workers comp case would hurt worse then sending an extra employee to help out when needed(Lowes has guys mostly doing this kind of job all the time and they are friendly while doing it)Think I’ll go there from now on, I hate seeing an elder woman doing this kind of labor aloneI actually got less bags because I felt bad seeing her loading my cart ?Shame on the management at your store!!You really suck!!

Helpful staff and we'll stocked store! The employee at the mountain rd home depot recommended me to come here because this store is more organized and stocked. He was right!

This Home Depot has the worst costomer service. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to cut electrical wire. After asking 4 different people who said they'd send someone and no one ever showed up...ridiculous service

I guess all Home Depots are the same. Unhappy employees who are not here for jack but to get a paycheck. Not interested in how you get in here to give them the very money that pays them. Thanks to the delivery guy and a lady at checkout who helped with loading. No lot attendant or lumber was available at 3pm to help with loading my bags of concrete.

Shane went above and beyond to make a problem with a grill that I bought right. He was calm, responsive, and super helpful. Excellent customer service! It was the opposite of the experience you'll have at the Fort Avenue Chipotle.

Bought a vanity that is discontinued , supervisor in that department was very helpful and kind and gave us a really good deal. The salesman that worked with me and wrote up the sales slip had me pay for it at his desk in the back, he told us we could leave it upfront and come back and get it. Went upfront to ask if we could leave to come back and get it and was told NO ! In not a kind way by a very irate employee. Working at the courtesy desk, at 5:10 pm on 5/6/23 , (I believe her name was Tamika , Not sure) said we could not leave it because we already paid for it also insisted on seeing my paperwork and wasn’t happy that we had gotten a deal on it .And I guess to see Who the salesman was who waited on us.We spend an awful lot of money at Home Depot, I guess will be shopping at Lowe’s from now on

We had great customer service from Mia, Paul, and Deon today. We put in a large online order for a bunch of flooring, paint, and wood. They went the extra mile to pull our order even though it hadn't been pulled yet. And were very friendly and nice to work with.

It’s the go to place for Home improvement in my opinion. Although Lowe’s has many of the same items, I prefer Home Depot for most of my projects.

I just had an exceptional experience! I’m having the WORST TIME trying to get kitchen cabinets & hard floors lightly touched up with the right color/stain.The builders directed me towards HD since I cannot purchase directly from the original installers.I went to the Kitchen section and only one salesperson who was busy was there. Another employee sitting there greeted me an attempted to schedule an appt for me but the salesperson overheard my reasoning for the appt and kindly interrupted us and said an appt was a waste of my time. She asked me a few questions an proceeded to give me the BEST solution for my time and problem. It took less than 1 min and she was back tending to her customer and I was on my way a happy customer.Outstanding customer service isn’t the word! I didn’t get her name but she was a older white woman. I cannot express how much workers like that are APPRECIATED! Not to further mention the friendly, professional and helpful workers I encountered in the Paint and Flooring section. Nowadays people report to work for a paycheck and do not care about doing their jobs! It could of been luck but I am very happy with today’s visit ?

Ordered a ladder a couple weeks ago. App said it had arrived. Go to the store a week later only to find that it had gotten lost in transit. They are not sure where it is due to poor tracking software. Once the manager Trent heard I had a problem, he walked of and made me wait for 30 min. Only to tell me that I have to come back and cancel the order in person when ever the ladder arrives. No one knows when that will be.

The pro that I selected from their suggested list robbed me of over $13,000 and then abandoned the job. I have left text messages with the customer service department and have not received any call backs. While the contractors were working on the deck no one from Home Depot checked in on them. It has been six months and there has been no clear communication from the the abandoned contractors or anyone from Home Depot. Meanwhile, I had to hire another contractor to correct mistakes and complete the job. I also had to take out another loan in order to get the deck completed. I am now worried about how to finance a lawyer to work on this case. My rating is zero, because of the financial mess, and none communication this company and their contractors have done to me!
