I have used them for several months with no issues. Until this last load. It came back unwearable due to the wrinkles. They picked it up to fix it, returned it the next day. It is still wrinkled beyond belief. It was clearly pulled from a dyer and stuffed into a hamper where the wrinkles set.

My experience with happy Nest Laundry Service was not great…I find their ads to be misleading as well as deceptive and I will not be using them again…I have also reported them to the FTC and BBB
