Went in for an eyebrow shape up and Cadence was amazing! She was even able to help me get other services done while I was there that I truly needed but didn’t notice she was so kind when explaining options of services to help with my issues. I see a lot of people on here complaining that they can’t get services done or being told theirs no availability but that’s not on the stylist that’s just how the industry is some services run longer than expected or like in my case I added services on while already there. Instead of complaining or trying to make an issue where there is none such as the one person did Latanya I think was the name try making an appointment next time.

I walked in with the first appointment of the day (1/13/24). I came here since my usual hairdresser is closed on the weekends and needed some quick highlights and a trim. I remembered coming here in the past when I lived nearby, and had a great experience every time with a hairdresser who used to work there. I walk in, with a friendly face asking "Hi please make me feel pretty again!", and the friendly vibe wasn't reciprocated. Instead, I was greeted by the woman (with blue hair, unsure of title) by her calling the hairdresser she decided was going to do my highlights. She just beckoned her over kind of rudely. The hairdresser that did my highlights was kind, and I recalled with her how I used to come to the establishment in the past and loved how an old hairdresser used to do my hair. When I mentioned the old hairdresser's name, some of the other hairdressers [eavesdropping] shouted how "crazy" that hairdresser was and started mentioning some of her experiences with the old hairdresser for other clients to hear. This was really unprofessional and downright bullying someone that couldn't defend their name or their character. It was ugly for sure. The hairdresser that cut my hair was kind and stuck up for the old hairdresser. Not crazy about the haircut I received but I just wanted to get out of there.Sophia, if you see this, you were really cool and still are :)

I failed to ask for her name, but the blonde lady at the far left booth when you walk in is wonderful. I walked in for a specific product and upon entering, she greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help. I found what I needed right away so I didn’t, but then she helped me by recommending other products that will incredibly help my hair. The entire process went smoothly and she has great customer service skills.

They do a good job cutting my hair, and I feel like it's a good value, BUT the last couple of times I've been they do a horrible job with the cape (eg, preventing hair trimmings from getting on you). When I leave my shirt looks like I've literally rolled in hair trimmings and it gets in my bra. It necessitates me coming home and taking a second shower to get all the hair off.

Kellie was my hairstylist(well, hair cutter). Very, very rude. She made very nasty accusations such as accusing me of cutting my own hair despite very obviously not having a hair cut in 1.5 years. Usually go to a professional salon, but since moving and running multiple stores myself, i’m very tight on time. She attempted to talk poorly and question me on who I used to go to, despite having no information proceed to try to talk badly despite my hair not having been done in two years grown out and not dyed. When I mentioned that my hair keeps getting knotty because the wet brushes don’t go through my hair and that My dry shampoo made my hair all knot up she cut me off and said “Did i ask you? I wasn’t talking about that.” I got a basic hair cut at this point out of desperation of needing something before driving back home and going to work. No layers. 2 inch cut. Bangs, when i said i wanted them to frame my face she said she didn’t understand. I showed her photos. My bangs are very blotchy, uneven throughout, and not very flattering very blocky as a whole. She was very rude from second one. Very terrible with customers, no customer service skills, coming from a store manager for 10 years and retail specialist. When I asked if they did eyebrow waxing services, she gave me a strange look and said “Yeah?” ignoring the obviously placed question at the hair wash station, and just dragged me over to the chair. No attempt to sell me any additional services. Furthermore, I question this woman’s licensing or schooling. There were multiple points that the information was lacking severely. I already knew hair cuttery was unreliable. Now this has cemented it forever for me. This is my hair, not washed it, brushed and less than 24 hours later. The second to last photo is the example that I showed specifically for bang. I honestly just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could with how uncomfortable and unwelcoming she was at that point. The last photo is my hair before this haircut.

I got an appointment with Amanda to fix a mess that a hair stylist made of my head (at a different place). Amanda helped me calm down and we fixed it with a new cut and some shampoo product. Great place, nice staff.Services: Blowouts

I was supposed to have a 15 minute consult I wanted to know more about some of the services I saw on the website. The person I was supposed to have it with, Carrie, was not professional at all. There was another stylist that stepped in to assist. Ms. Rochelle was very kind and helped me. She answered my questions. She did a clarifying treatment blow dried and trimmed my hair. I'm very appreciative of that, but I won't be coming back though.

The past two times I've walked into this Hair Cuttery I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment, this wasn't a problem in the past here as they had before accepted walk-ins at this location. There's enough in life that requires deadlines and appointments and haircuts just aren't something I'm willing to arrange my life around. I get that maybe they don't have enough workers or maybe they are just that in demand there, but I'm not interested in doing business with an appointment only hair cut place. I will now go to great clips across the street near target, they took me in last time and my hair looked great, I tipped them really good too.

Charged me $26 for nothing I still have the same amount of hair as I did when I walked in. The guy tells me with his battery operated clippers( no clippers should take a AA battery)sorry that all I can do with mine. No refund no nothing. Stay away from this place. I could of did what he did now I got to spend more money to get my hair fixed ridiculous loss a customer here.

It was a great experience. My appt. was 3:00pm I got there at 2:40pm by 2:45pm I was in the chair getting my hair cut.The stylist her name was Kelly she was absolutely wonderful. She was honest about my hair n the way I wanted it. I really appreciated that n I will b returning to see Kelly again.
