A great experience from start to finish.I don't review many things. But here is an exception. All the work was thoroughly explained beforehand. Pros and cons options given nothing hidden or held back. No surprises. Never pushed into anything, educated into not doing anything not needed to be done. Couldn't ask for better in business relationship.Service: Auto maintenance

Gram's Auto claimed to have repaired this customer's cylinder head where the valve cover bolts down. They did not repair the stripped out holes. They charge the customer anyway. Oil was leaking out of the engine everywhere. They told the customer that it was total engine failure. Car is running correctly. Now the real problem has been fixed. Stripped out bolts have been repaired and they refused to refund that customers money after not actually doing what they said they did

I would never take another car to Graham's Auto in Glen Burnie. Took my car in for repairs. Several weeks later I was called and told car was ready for pick-up. It was written on Graham's bill that the car was repaired. road tested and codes cleared. Paid bill which was $1,260.02 cents. Drove car 20 feet and experienced same problems as when car was left there. Graham's Auto had the car 5 more days. I was now told all repairs done were preliminary and the only feasible repair action would be a complete engine replacement. I left and took my car to a 25 year plus ASE certified mechanic. He has now correctly diagnosed and repaired our car and it is back on the road. I basically paid for and incorrect repair and diagnosis.

I was throughly impressed with Chris and the fact that she took the time to connect with me and my frustration with my car. She know her business and she will not BS you. Corey was awesome as well. Great knowledge and experience and was able to diagnose my problem in 30 minutes as opposed to the 1 month on two separate occasions that it took Tate Dodge Service to not do a damn thing to solve the issue. Do yourself a favor and come see them. You will not be disappointed.Services: General repairs & maintenance

It's AWESOME!!! The manager is great, Has a great deal of knowledge of vehicles and classic vehicles also. I recommend taking your vehicle there.

These guys are extremely knowledgable, I've asked them transmission questions, had them chase down electrical gremlins, and had them fix my alignment. They're honest and they do good work, it's worth paying whatever it costs to work with a shop that you can trust not to try to make money by ripping you off.Service: Wheel alignment

Chris and Corey are absolutely amazing! They we're able to diagnose a silly electrical issue that the dealer couldn't figue out over three months! I've been bringing all my vehicles to them for several years now. Chris works with you in every way and Corey has an exceptional way to explain what you need and why. They treat me like family and I love them. They never steered me wrong!
