Some may know being a woman going to an auto shop can be a bit intimidating but this place is fantastic . They answerd my questions and didnt make me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars . Everyone's so kind and respectful . Not only does my car look brand new , but i went to 3 different places and they gave me the best estimate . Also they finished the repair faster than I thought !

I brought my car here after an accident and they were so friendly. Soon as I walked in I was greeted and my issues taken care of. They went through my insurance and did all the communication for me! I had no issues at all. Such a smooth process. I highly recommend coming here. I'll be back for anything they can do for me. Extremely friendly people. Nothing like other car places that seem to try and get over. Love it here

Great business, offered me multiple ways to repair my car from patching a small hole to replacing the whole body part depending on my budget. They were very quick with repairs, communication was good, and the repairs themselves were great. Very satisfied.

Got into an accident on a Friday around 1pm, the other party said that she would pay out of pocket. I called Glen Burnie Autobody and said I could come in anytime for an estimate! I arrived and was greeted by a nice gentleman, Ted. He did my estimate in less than 20 minutes, I sent over the estimate to the other party and paid for and dropped the car off the next week. Ted gave me an estimated 10 days, it actually finished a day early which was a plus. Car looks like nothing happened to it!

I HAD A FANTASTIC EXCELLENT HERE CLEANING UP THE NARKS FROM MY FENDER BENDER THEY WERE FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PROMPT GETTING MY NEW BUMPER ON.
