I hope the right person see this stop targeting people . Management is horrible but security in house and contractual . It two clowns that literally make their self noticeable. They literally follow people around great thing everyone don't steal treat everyone the same . Management is very poor the store manager and the assistant I have a family member that goes to this location regular and the things she tells me I saw today Do Better Corporate check this location out . All of the best people the get rid of Jamie one of the best cashier's this place is not manage professionally at all . Big shout out to the security guards that treat people with respect

Prices are absolutely astronomical. We're talking $6 for sun dried tomatoes, $4 for a small bag of sugar snap peas, $10 for shredded Parmesan...it's disgusting and criminal. If you're stupid enough to actually pay these prices when Aldi, Food Lion, and Walmart are all both way cheaper and within a 5 mile radius of this Giant, you kind of deserve to be overcharged, but still. Don't come here unless you want to leave with a wallet that's emptier than it would've been had you shopped smarter.

I use Giant Pharmacy for all of my medication and I knew I was cutting it close to closing time since they close at 6pm on Saturday evening. I walk up to the pharmacy one woman was being waiting on it's now 6:01pm. The security guard tells me to leave they are closed. I nicely said well can I ask if she will help me I'm one minute late he then got even more of an attitude with me and the pharmacy now turns the lights off. I needed my seizure medicine it's not like this was for a broken toe. I had rushed to get there and all I was given was an attitude. This was now my second bad experience with the pharmacy. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I do not appreciate being spoken to the way I was.

I came in on 6/13 around 6 p.m the pharmacy technician was amazing! I believe her name was Andrea. Anyways this will be my pharmacy from here on out.

Employees in the deli department should be required to wear hair coverings and gloves at all times when handling the food. They should also take the time to clean the slicers when there becomes a build up of scraps, such as cheese and meat. They should be trained to "listen" to the customer and prepare the foods as asked. And stop giving the customer your attitude! Customer service needs to be more understanding and friendly. And the store needs to be cleaned a lot more.

The most kind and efficient staff! The pharmacist was able to get my son’s medicine transferred over in less then 30 minutes. As a first time mom and first time with him being sick really means the world to have a staff who cares. All staff was also very personable. Thank you so much!

Giant has big selection & is very convenient. They also deliver. The reason I did not give them a five star rating is because recently their prices have really skyrocketed. I can go elsewhere and get Nestle dairy creamer for $5.99. Giant has it now at $8.99 The prices have just gotten ridiculous. Sometimes though they put certain meats on sale. Don’t know if it’s because they’re not selling though so have to reduce cost to move them out the door. I still shop there, but not as often as I used to.

I love my Pharmacy team! Especially Jen!! She is a all star! EVERYONE there is very nice, and they help out as much as they can.Yes, I’ve had my differences with them at times, but still wouldn’t trust any other pharmacy.
